This company hire thieves who stole a motorcycle fom outside my home.
They are all untrustworthy people that work for them and have been seen with mobile phones recording things they can potentially steal.
I moved out of my hime because the crime in the area was too much.
Town and country housing in Tunbridge Wells hire these criminals so be careful.

This company wormed their way into a 3 year contract at the housing scheme where I live, which is a social housing scheme mostly for retirees in Frome.

They were first engaged last year and quickly proved themselves to be highly unreliable and only cut half the lawn areas on their very first visit and mostly seem content to carry on doing a very poor job often turning up with all their extremely noisy machinery when the grounds are very wet seemingly just to whip up the mud, which is obviously extremely unprofessional.

Nonetheless, their initial costs, which us residents have to cover, were significantly higher than the previous crew and, despite stern criticism from us, they are still being retained and the estimated cost for this going forwards is nearly double their already excessive starting figure, which again is being raised with the housing association who are hardly much better.

This is the first ever review I have added to this site and I have only given these pariahs 1 star simply because I cannot award them none, which would still be better than they deserve.

This company cannot improve at all, a call to the police was made about one of there cleaners who just comes once a week to mop one floor who was very rude and verbally abusive towards two vulnerable woman in there own home, it was reported to them and they lied and said the tenant was abusive corrupt company.

Here 5 minutes to hoover and clean. Dustbin never gets a look .This is a 15 three floor flat .once a week this is disgusting. Either in and out or sit in van for twenty minutes ..don’t know how Guinness can employ them.

I don’t know who you are but you’ve just walked into my garden WHICH I OWN. You have broken the law and I will be taking legal action. Our property has nothing to do with your services.

Awful service and seemingly the same as everyone else. Asked a question, paid €5 and was happy with the answer but just seen a €60 charge on my card!

i paid for my question on the day which was around £5. I did not agreed to mthly subscription at all . i have raised a complaint with ofcom and spoke with my bank. Don't use them, they take unauthorised payments.

i cancelled my subscription over the phone after asking one question and paying 5 pounds, i had been told that the subscription is cancelled.

I received letter from bank and noticed that 28pounds pm being taken from my credit card since April till to date.

Spoke to the customer care and rather than solving the issue, she hanged up and close the call by saying that it is non refundable as i should have received confirmation email from them.

Rude and unprofessional people. Threw their lunch remains out of their van onto the floor

They turn up mop the stairs down
Don’t sweep first
Don’t do glass or touch points
Railing full of cobwebs
Spray air freshener ( which they are not allowed ) when you ask them to clean it and not spray freshener, they deny using it and blame it on the mop water
Utter useless company
Shame you can’t put pictures on

Shockingly bad, this company are contracted by BPHA and I have no idea why. They barely lift a finger! overgrown bushes, hedges, weeds etc. Yet we are still being passed on the charges by BPHA. I will be doing my own weeding then passing the charges back. It's a disgrace.

Just about the worse cleaning company throughNHG we have ever had, and we have had a lot! Absolute joke of a company

Zero Quality Company. Utter lies to win contracts. Maybe NHG are in bed with Just Ask. Why would anyone award these people with a substantial contract is beyond me!!

Despite opposition and having read and highlighted all of these disastrous reviews, Notting Hill Genesis forced Just Ask on our building, Pioneer House, London WC1X and they've certainly lived up to their appalling reputation.

Met Steve ('the manager') (lol) what a joke. He talks utter rubbish but has somehow convinced himself his company do a good job. I gave him the benefit of the doubt but what the residents have now experienced and witnessed just goes to show he's full of BS.

Unfortunately I can't upload the photos on here to show what Just Ask consider a 'deep clean' by 'specialists' but I'll try on Google etc instead.

No doubt this will form part of yet another case heading to Tribunal that NHG will lose again. So much easier going to tribunal (3-6 months) than housing ombudsman (1.5 years).

This company doesn't even deserve a zero. Echoing the sentiment of many reviews here: this company is a fraud, their staff are lazy and cowboys. Today they sent "tree surgeons", not sure why since they were pruned last year and barely had recovered from the treatment. We now have some sad looking stumps where once stood beautiful shade. Despite being aware that it was nesting season, the crew proceeded with cutting down branches while birds were clearly nesting. Not only did this show a lack of care for the wildlife, but it also put the safety of the birds at risk. The rest of the "gardening team" just spend time in their vans sleeping or watching porn on their mobiles. They know their time is checked by the GPS in their vans and JA simply says they were there for the allocated time so they must have done their tasks. If their task was sleeping or watching porn, then they are right. SHOULD BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PEST but sadly our Housing Association must be in cahoots as otherwise I can't explain how they keep on winning contracts

Norah and Sally do an amazing job keeping our block clean. They always work so hard and put in so much effort to make sure everything is tidy and well-maintained. They are always friendly and professional, and their hard work really makes a difference. The place is always spotless thanks to them, and we really appreciate everything they do. This company does an excellent job of cutting the grass on our estate every 3-4 weeks if not too cold or raining for just £150,000 per year. When it's raining they remain in the comfort of their van with the engine running possibly to stay warm and chargee their mobiles. They don't seem to come in winter to do anything as it might be too cold.
They work hard around 3 days per week when they are here and long hours of 3-4 hours peer day. Of course all that grass cutting means the 2 man crew need to take 2-3 hour lunch breaks.

We also have caretakers who also have to do grounds maintenance such as sweeping up grass cuttings left behind by Just Ask, pulling/strimming weeds, collecting fallen leaves in autumn, picking litter from bushes & green areas. Things we pay Just Ask to.

I would like to know what Just Ask's secret is to get a £150k grounds maintenance contract and get away with just cutting grass 12-14 times per year, badly.

I wonder why Nottinghill Genesis Housing Association (NHG) is letting this fraud company get away with residents' hard hand money. The company is fraud, the cleaners are fraud and shame on them both. The cleaners will come on a regular basis and sign the register to say they have cleaned the building only for them to leave immediately after they have signed.
On Friday 18th Jan around 10am they signed the list that they came in at 12:10 and left at 1:30 pm, I called the office at 11am to report their fraud, no photographs was sent by then, called again by 3:30 that time the fraudsters has sent a falsified photo of cleaning they done with is absolutely not true.
This all happened is SW london.

Worst cleaning company ever. Cleaners who doesn't do their job properly. Spending thei time at work on the phone . Doesn't use appropriate cleaning products.
