I was very appreciative with how quick and responsive everyone was with my customs entry. This was my first time clearing an inbound Ocean shipment and Clearit USA was amazing. I will use them again.

The responses to my questions were promptly answered, and processing was a breeze. First time trying to get large freight through customs made easy!

I recently ordered an antique Chinese chest from Singapore and had to import it to my home in Oakland, CA.

I had no idea where to start or how to go about filing the paperwork for customs clearance. After receiving a message from the seller in Singapore that I would need a broker, a quick online search led me to Clearit USA. They have been amazing every step of the way, providing me guidance on the next steps and answering all of my questions. Most importantly, the response was extremely rapid and clear with fantastic messaging capability. And all at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend their services to anyone as they make an impossibly difficult process move quickly and seamlessly.

My local brokers couldn't help, now wanted too. A few clicks later & my shipment was ready to recieve.

Courtney was incredibly helpful. Her support and resourcefulness made a huge impact, turning what seemed like a daunting task into a manageable one. Grateful for her expertise and extreme kindness. However, if there's one thing I would suggest improving, it would be implementing an automatic email notification to inform customers about weekend closure.

Their customer service cmmunication is awful.
My first time importing from overseas and it's very difficult getting answers for things I don't understand. Trying to search their site is very difficult as well and constantly give not found messages.
Even logging in is difficult. If you go to clear it .com, there's no place to sign in just sign up, and they don't have an app. I ended up finding a independent customs broker because it was so aggravating through this platform. At least I get my questions answered right away and and explained.

The clarity thought out the process along with the clear guidance and responsive team makes it a great solution for my custom clearance needs.

The website was , well organized, information and costs were transparent and the customer service reps were knowledgeable, professional and responsive.

More guidance in getting the documents entered would have been helpful. Chat and email are the only communication options and the replies were not always within the time limits stated. Once everything was entered, it was smooth sailing.

Clearit USA was able to clear my cargo with customs in less than 2 hours. I had never dealt with shipping equipment from China before and was uncertain what to do. Clearit USA made the process simple and expeditious.
