All perfect will use again

Arta was great! She arrived promptly and was extremely friendly. Did a wonderful job, would certainly recommend!

Terrible business conduct. Selected date and time, filled in all my personal details including my credit card details. Then tell me that the selected date isn't available!

Why allow me to select the date and time that isn't available? mining personal details I guess...Time waster!

If there were no star or minus star I would rate them that. I have booked their cleaning service 2 weeks ago, they cancelled 30 min before arrival.(due to cleaner being sick)
Health is important so I was okay with that. The support desk was able to rebook the slot the next day but surprise! they cancelled again. This time they said there's no cleaner available around my area.(and I live in central London) Day 3, I rebooked their service again, but later that night received a message saying no cleaners available again.
I have no idea how their system works, but clearly there's none;)
Don't invite new clients if you don't have cleaners. Don't say you can come when you can't come in the first place. Really rubbish service. On top of this all, they charge you prior to their service so I have paid for nothing, really and am waiting for someone to come somday.

Poor service

Team failed to provide adequate cleaning, resulting in landlord charging me for additional end of tenancy cleaning. Additionally, was charged £30 for item removals which were still in the flat when estate agents inspected.

No response provided by customer service team to help remediate. Would not recommend as was swindled out of £300.

Very good experience with Cleanzy, professional staff and very precise.

Carol was fantastic. Very proactive and speedy, and made our home feel brilliant!

We will be booking Carol on a reoccurrence from now on.

Cancellation one hour before they were meant to show up. Not impressed at all.

Poor poor poor experience. Many cancellations later, I kick myself for not leaving sooner!

Very good service

After confirming the day before my end of tenancy cleaning, and without previous update, they changed the date from the 3rd to the 30th and when tried to contact them, there was no response. Really bad service, and very unreliable.

Not worth it, had a cleaner who rocked up 20 mins late and was sneezing and not wearing a mask.

Customer service can't get hold of them on the phone, have to use the live chat which was useless.

App was beyond useless and doesn't work properly and is in a foreign language.
