I hired Cleanbee to clean my double oven hob cooker hood microwave and fridge based on very good reviews I had read on Trustpilot. Dima Team did not disappoint. Very impressed with the end result.

They are very good; they arrived before their scheduled time and are doing an amazing job. They cleaned everything, including carpets, sofas, and windows. The problem in the kitchen is that they focused on the oven, fridge, and window, but the cabinets are still dirty and need to be cleaned. And in the bathroom, they did not clean the sides well. After all, they did a very good job in all other areas of the house, but the kitchen and bathroom need more cleaning and focus.

I booked this company to clean an oven, and it turned into a complete disaster. The appliance was working perfectly beforehand, but after they finished, the oven kept tripping the power every time it was turned on. It’s a built-in unit that was only purchased a few years ago, and now it’s unusable.

We contacted the company straight away and sent over photos and details of what happened. Instead of helping, they immediately brushed it off and refused to accept that their work caused the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude was honestly shocking.

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but people need to be aware. I would strongly advise avoiding this company — the risk simply isn’t worth it.

This crowd broke my pensioner parents oven and won’t take responsibility for it. My mother saved her pension for months to have her oven cleaned in time for Christmas. The oven is built in and was only purchased a couple of years ago. When she turned it on after these chancers “cleaned” it the oven kept tripping because whoever cleaned it completely damaged it. We provided photographs to the company and they have point blank refused to take any responsibility for it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Very unprofessional. Inexperienced young man with no English. Ruined a new duvet with bleach. Didn't know how to clean or understand what was required. Company response deplorable.

The service was excellent. Efficient, hard working staff. The cleaning was excellent and I couldn't recommend Lukas S more highly. I feel that the work done was great value too. Professional, friendly staff. I will be calling for them again. I recommend Lukas S 100%.

This used to be a good company with very reliable service and contractors and good customer service. In recent times, it has gone downhill, and unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. They think absolutely nothing of cancelling and rescheduling a job twice in a row, will not call you if this happens, but will use email, and will do this without so much as an apology. If you have a busy schedule, you will not thrive with such a haphazard approach.

The cleaners arrived on time and did a very thorough job deep cleaning our two bathrooms.

They also replaced silicone behind the sinks, which now looks clean and new again.

I would recommend these cleaners highly.

Best money I ever spent. I had my oven, hob & extractor cleaned today. It's all like a brand new again. Cleanbee arrived on time, got the job done & cleaned up after. Great service. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

A DISASTER OF A SERVICE / VISIT FOR US IN OUR DUNGARVAN HOME IN COUNTY WATERFORD

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH CLEANBEE ON THEIR THIRD VISIT TO OUR HOME DID NOT GO WELL
FOR US . PRODUCTS AND SERVICE WERE NOT UP TO THEIR REGULAR STANDARD

Natasha’s team were booked to carpet clean our house and clean kitchen single oven
Confirmation time was 9.30am September 23 ( email came at 7.15am on the day confirming time
No show and I rang at 10am to be told they had a big job on in Bausch and Lombe Waterford and I could basically wait until 12 noon or reschedule.
As both my husband and I had moved all 3 of the bedroom furniture and put the dog in kennels it was not convenient for us to change our booking on the day and why should we , after all the booking was made by us weeks earlier.

No show until 12 noon by 1 cleaner , nice lady but she had no equipment or products so Oven cleaner spray that you can buy in Dunnes Stores and other department stores was used which has toxic fumes

2pm Natasha arrived and starts on the carpets with a small vax machine and a BOLD washing machine container to wash them with , I was informed that this was their product in a “ Bold “ container ?
When the team left the oven was very clean as were the carpets BUT the carpets were very wet and we slept in that environment that night with windows and heating on .

We tried phoning and emailing for about 10 days and eventually we were told in writing by Eve , The office manager that the products used were their non toxic products and not what my husband and I witnessed .
This was my third visit with Cleanbee and my last.
What got me was basically was the attitude that I was telling lies as far as they were concerned ( but those words were not used )

Very clean and no delay
Used modern equipment, very impressed.
Might be a good idea to ask clients to move their car beforehand to avoid the small flecks of soot that invariably fly out the top of the flue during the cleaning process.
Will definitely use Cleanbee again.

The best money that I've ever spent. Clean Bee was very helpful when I called initially, built a personal bundle for my needs, was in within 4 days and done the most amazing job cleaning everything asked. The interiors of cabniets were Spotless and carpet deep clean brought an old stained carpet back to life. Couldn't advise these people more!
