‘Team Helen’ are simply the best. They cleaned my oven and hob and they are now like new (sparkling). I highly recommend this company.

Hannah and her team arrived on time , they cleaned a bedroom carpet and 4 rugs . One particular rug was expensive but I really thought there was no hope of getting it back to its former glory. But I was wrong , they did a fantastic job on it , as they did to the other rugs and carpet . Very professional, they are in and out of, no standing around . I would highly recommend this team . Thank you.

I am sorry I don’t know my cleaners name, but he came and cleaned my two ovens, microwave and extractor fan. WOW ! Is all I can say…the most amazing job my ovens look brand new….I will definitely use your services again thank you

This is the second time we had CleanBee to our home for a bathroom deep clean and mould removal. They completely rejuvenated our bathroom and have it looking good as knew. They also have advice on maintaining and prevention. They were efficient and professional and I would have no hesitation booking them again.

I will not book again. I will look for someone else in the future. I paid for the oven, hob and extractor fan to be cleaned. The hob and oven were cleaned pretty well, although they were not very dirty, as I had previously cleaned them myself. The extractor fan was the dirtiest, but it was cleaned the worst. Only one front part was cleaned, both sides and the wooden door (the fan is behind the door) were not cleaned. I was not home when they arrived, my children were. I did not even think that the work would not be done well. I contacted the company and asked if these were parts of the extractor fan that needed to be cleaned also. They replied: "...as this is classed as a different service, which wasn't on their notes, hence them not cleaning. We have mentioned to them for future reference to double check with the customer, and we can add the service on the day". " I wonder what service should be added - cleaning each wall of the extractor fan... Nope, I wouldn't recommend them.

Yundin turned up on time and did a great job cleaning my double oven. He was pleasant and polite in my home.

I highly recommend Cleanbee. They do a phenomenal job and they are both very professional and warm / lovely to deal with. We have used them multiple times and I couldn't be happier with the communication and the service. Really delighted with the company and regulalry recommend them to friends and family.

Booked a 2 hour clean for my 81 yr old mother before Christmas. Cleaner stayed for 50 mins. Did downstairs only (small house). Be aware. A tiny bathroom with a shower only is not included in the ‘general house clean’. Contacted team and they said cleaner did not realise it was a 2 hour clean and said will refund the hour but yet took 50e in addition to the 22.50e deposit so she should then have realised that was not correct as 1 hr clean plus 3 interior windows is 45e total.
When I asked customer service how they were going to address the poor service today the reply was ‘by giving you a refund’. No hello even. Just that one line. I subsequently cancelled my own 3 hour booked clean and again the reply was curt. No hello again. ‘Deposit is non refundable if you cancel. Are you sure you want to cancel?
So I took the hit for the deposit rather than be subject to a poor service for 90e.
I await my refund.
Be wary if booking!!

I would recommend Team Andrew..They are professional and did an excellent job in my bathroom.I would highly recommend them

Not very reliant. Never turn up on time and not a phone call or e mail to say they are delayed. If you pick a time you will be waiting at least an hour or 2 after that time. Even if they rang to tell you instead of waiting around. This has happened the few times I have got them. Won't be getting them again.

I have used your company a few times, and I would highly recommend it.
Two great people came today and I'm so delighted with their work, they transformed 2 grotty bathrooms into bright,clean and almost like new.
