Great experience with Becca in the Trowbridge branch.

The staff were kind, patient and helpful. Julia served us, and was lovely.

A friendly meet and greet upon entering the Clarks shop by Julia who gave us both excellent advice and guidance on shoe fittings which resulted in us purchasing a pair of shoes and ladies boots.
Julia is a credit to your company and superb service from start to finish always with a friendly smile.

I have a tricky fitting and it usually takes some time to find a pair of shoes that are comfortable. Julie from the Trowbridge store helped me out and we quickly found a pair after trying a few combinations.

My 11-year-old son and I went to Clarks in Trowbridge today.

Within a minute of entering the shop we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile by Ishika who measured my 11 sons feet and found us the perfect school shoes that both my son and I were happy with. She also offered us different styles that allowed a comparison to ensure we were happy.

She was relaxed and informed and asked relevant and sensible questions while encouraging us to be honest which was really helpful.

She was the best assistant we’ve encountered yet, although staff are always helpful but she had an extra special quality, thank you.

We visited the store in Trowbridge for my daughter's first school shoes and were immediately greeted by Ishika (I hope I have spelt your name right), who was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was very patient with both of my children (4y and 2y) whilst they decided what shoes they wanted and generally acted like 2 and 4 year olds. At no point did she make us feel we were taking up too much time and she continued to interact with me and my children with a smile.

Jacob made us feel really welcome. He was friendly and helpful and was great with our little boy :)

Member of staff available straight away, and she was really helpful a lady called Sarah Law, she was very knowledgeable and friendly.

They were extremely busy when I visited this morning to get my children’s school shoes, but Amber took the time to ensure their feet were measured correctly and they were fitted with the right shoes. She was friendly and patient.

We went to Clarks looking for our son’s first pair of shoes and Sam S made the experience not only fun for him but also supportive and understanding for us as parents. I would absolutely recommend the shop for service quality, insight and fully understand why generations choose to continue buying from Clarks.

Daisy was very helpful at the Trowbridge branch of Clarks. She was very patient with us as we went through a number of different shoe types entailing numerous trips to the store room to check for sizes! Daisy also made some really good suggestions which were greatly appreciated. Thank you Daisy!

I visited the shop in Trowbridge with my daughter who was looking for shoes for her 2 sons on 31st July.The sales assistant (who was new) was very patient measuring both of their feet and helping to find appropriate footwear at a very reasonable price as they were in the sale. My grandsons were a bit of a handful racing around in their new shoes but all of the staff were very friendly and happy.

I went to Clarks in Trowbridge to get my 2 boys feet measured and purchase new shoes. Jacob was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We came away with 2 very happy boys. Thank you so much.
