a big thank you to Caroline in Trowbridge store on 3rd September for helping my son have his feet measured and choose shoes- she was very patient and answered all of his questions....I also picked up.some shoes for my daughter (unstructured favourites) and tried some myself :-)

My experience at Clarks was amazing thanks to Caroline she helped me with my boys showed as I was really struggling because he is 14 and had to go into adult men’s as I was out of my depth because he has very narrow feet so it makes him a E and coz of this I didn’t have a clue and she advised me on what he would need for next time.

Had a very friendly, polite and helpful lady called Amber helping me and my 18 months old baby at the store in Trowbridge. She measured my baby's feet and engaged with her so well.

Alexi was patient and kind with my child. Nothing was too much trouble. What a lovely employee.

Becca was efficient and helped my oldest boy find the best fit, which was not easy!

Becca was very kind and patient with my two children who both needed measuring for their school shoes.
She brought plenty of options for them to try and gave them plenty of time to walk around in them and asked how they felt. Clean and quiet on day of attending.

We was helped by Caroline and she was so helpful for what we needed. Caroline was helpful, polite and had patience. And we hope to have her help us again when we next come back.

Great service from Amber(Trowbridge store), had the awareness to bring alternatives for the size we needed, as they didn’t have the one we asked in stock. Friendly and pleasant.

Brilliant service and advice from Jo today, she couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly. My daughter loves her new shoes and says they are very comfortable so the sizing must be spot on!

Jo was friendly and helpful. She recommended the walking shoes for my son’s first pair.

I had a great experience with Sam at Clarks in Trowbridge. I wanted to get my toddlers feet measured and had attempted this at home with no success. Sam's calm and friendly presence put my toddler at ease to get her feet accurately measured and find some lovely shoes. A great experience!

Visited store today in Trowbridge and Jo the assistant was excellent, friendly and efficient and a credit to Clarks. I purchase with Jo a pair of boots I wanted.

The service received by Caroline was second to none she was very helpful and even encouraged me to buy products to extend my shoes life and Lee them looking tip top. Excellent attitude towards customer service.
