Dee who served us was brilliant. She made our son feel comfortable having his feet measured and made sure we found the perfect shoes. Highly recommend.

Holly was lovely and friendly. She did a thorough check when measuring and fitting my son's school shoes.

We visited the Hereford store to get our 3 and 7 year old's feet measured and Dee gave us great service. Both of our children had gone up half a size, but after checking the room in their shoes she advised that we had a few weeks left in my daughter's shoes thanks to their shape, and fitted a new pair of school shoes for my son with some growing room. She was really good with the children, who can't sit still when we go shopping, and we didn't feel rushed. We like coming to Clark's for their expertise and great service.

Went to Clarks in Hereford today to buy new school shoes for my lo (4 years, non verbal & autistic). The lady who helped us, Holly, was very empathic, made him feel comfortable and was quick, which helped a lot. In and out in under 20 Minutes, with the shoes we wanted/needed.

Good experience. Even though they were very busy. They were very helpful, and we managed to get the children's feet measured and new shoes. We were served by Doe in the Hereford store. She was very polite and professional. We have shopped here many times in the past and will again in the future. My children are very happy with their new shoes.

Although the shop isn't large, there was a selection of footwear to suit most tastes and occasions. The boots I bought were stylish and super comfy, and exactly what I was looking for.
