As soon as me and my daughter walked in we had a friendly welcome to head upstairs. We didn’t wait too long even though it was a little bit busy. We had the pleasure of being assisted by mimi. She was lovely and friendly and was very helpful in finding the right school shoes for my daughter.

Shopped in the Bath store today for my daughters school shoes. Saved by Lily R, lovely friendly polite and knowledgeable girl, we were in and out within 15 minutes and found my daughter the shoes she really wanted.
Thankyou. Highly recommended.

Visited the Bedford store today with two teens for their school shoes. Sayan was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience easier and smoother than I could have imagined. We’d booked the appointment ahead of our visit and were checked in and the kids measured straight away before Sayan joined us to supply the shoes. He was knowledgeable and helpful in checking the fit and both kids went away happy with their shoes. Thanks again.

I visited the Clarks within Next in Selly Oak, Birmingham this morning. I needed school shoes for my daughter and was helped by Gibid. He took time to measure her feet accurately and get the fit right. He was helpful, professional and friendly with myself and my young daughter.

We visited the Cardiff store to get school shoes for my Grandson. We were served by Louis, who was very pleasant and polite. She thoroughly checked my grandson’s feet and explained he has different sizes. She then went through what style he wanted and pointed out the different options available. On picking the ones he liked, she made sure they fitted well and he was more than happy. Many thanks to Louis for such a pleasurable experience.

Great service from Emma today in the kids department. My son is autistic and hugely sensory and really struggles getting shoes he likes - we usually just buy the same model over and over again but he’s now outgrown them! Emma was so patient and really went over and above! Thank you for your help. We actually found two pairs of shoes that he liked which is a first!! A normally stressful experience was completely stress free thanks to Emma at Bideford outlet.

Rashid made everything so easy at selly oak ! Give him a promotion !

I had such a lovely experience at the Clarks Wolverhampton store today. The lovely lady who helped us was called Kam. She was absolutely fantastic and helped me size three of my children’s feet ahead of them going back to school and nursery .

She was so polite, friendly and incredibly patient with such a lovely manner. She was very knowledgeable about children’s shoe sizing and was able to advise us on the most appropriate styles and fits for each of my children.

We left the store extremely happy with three pairs of school shoes and I really couldn’t fault the service we received. Kam is a real credit to the store and to Clarks. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful school shoe shopping trip such a positive experience!

The young girl Samantha in the Reading branch was so attentive, absolutely wonderful service, ensuring we were well looked after, measured feet, tested many shoes on my 2 girls feet until they were happy.

She didn't rush us & was so happy serving us which makes a huge difference.

Hannaf, on the till was equally patient and attentive.

Such wonderful customer service from 2 very young people.

Popped into the Harlow branch today, was greeted within seconds by a very lovely young man.
My daughter had her feet measured which he was very thorough and made sure they were the correct fit.

Visit Clarks in carmarthen today to get new school shoes for my son as it's that time again.
We were helped massively by a store colleague named Sarah who advised us to go a extra shoe size for son shoe so he can grow into them. She made him laugh and made my son more comfortable and she was such a great person sharing knowledge on what we can do and also advised us that if the shoes have not been worn and he was to grow a bit more before school started we can get them exchanged for bigger size . Great service and great experience . Thank you Sarah .

We had Fraser helping us get school shoes. One of my children is autistic and shoes can set a challenge. Fraser was exceptional and gave him additional time and allowed my son to feel the shoes and insoles taking each set at his pace.

I was really impress with Fraser knowledge and support, suggestion of shoes and andding insoles that would support my son’s sensory needs. I couldn’t have asked for better. Thank you Fraser!

The assistant, Ella, at the Bath store was excellent. She listened and communicated very well, coming up with suitable suggestions. She was good at encouraging further sales in terms of a second pair half price or a protective spray. Very personable!

Visited the Newbury (5642) store today to purchase school shoes. Izzy was very patient and helpful. She was also very honest with regards to the style and fit of the shoes. Thank you for the great service.

We had a lovely experience with Heni, she was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.

We went to Clarks at Middlebrook to get my little girl (3 years) some new shoes for nursery and some new work shoes for me. We were helped by Saga who was fantastic. She measured my little girls feet and gave advice on which shoes to get that would allow her some growing room and she was great at keeping her engaged and made the process lots of fun!

Cloe from the derby store, was more yhan a super star, she came out of her comfort zone to actually find type of footwear i was looking for, and old seasonal collection at a bargain £60, was simply honoured with her gestured service, all good really pleased with store and staff helpfulness
