We went to Clarks in Clapham on St. John’s road and we had the most wonderful experience. Lynda was fantastic with our two children aged 4 and 6 and helped so much with organising new school shoes for our daughters. We are so grateful. Lynda made the whole shopping experience fun and she was so patient with our girls. It was great!

Amazing staff and they are very helpful in finding exactly what you are looking for and especially the staff at Clark’s at Clapham Junction. Really want to highlight the service I received from Ms Nanouche as she went out of her way in helping me find the perfect shoes for my wife. 😊

Lynda in Clapham store served my son for school shoes. She measured his feet and got us a selection of shoes to try. She was very helpful and chatty.

My experience was grea. The company is do an amazing job and I love Clark's products.

My daughter and I had left it to the last moment (again!) and were looking for boots for a festival which started the following day.

We arrived at Clarks just before closing time but Lynda was amazing. She went out of her way to help us, finding items which weren’t even in the showroom as they’d been packed away for the day and we ended up buying a fantastic pair of boots (on sale) and a pair of school shoes (by far the best chunky loafers - beating Dune and Office equivalents).

Rowaidu is an Angel. Rowaidu had been absolutely brilliant today. I had received excellent customer service. Rowaidu had been very helpful, kind, polite, friendly, caring, and meticulous, kindhearted, and a lovely lady. Clark’s Clapham Junction you are very fortunate to have her working for you. I thank you immensely Rowaidu.

Clarks (Clapham Junction) are so lucky to have members of staff like Rowaida. I visited today with my son and watched her attend to three separate customers while her three colleagues drifted in/out with sale pieces/complaining about the weather/moved at a snail’s pace. Rowaida attended to each customer without rushing them, was the consummate professional and friendly throughout. If it wasn’t for her, we would have left the store and not made a purchase. Please pass on our thanks to her, I hope she is recognised for her excellent customer service.

Bought some boots from them Oct24 and they are literally falling apart. Took them back to the store in Clapham Junction Northcote Road and the staff refused to replace them as they were more than 6 months old. I have used Clarks all my life (I’m 70 now) but will never cross their door again! Don’t buy from them.

The Clapham Junction store is really nice store and the staff are ever so polite and friendly and always willing to make your shopping experience the best. I specifically want to highlight the service I received from sales staff Omar H, knowledgeable and showed good customer service from start to finish, I would be shopping here again.

I went to the St John's Road retail shop to exchange some shoes I purchased online. I was a bit concerned as exchanging something bought online in a shop can be a bit tricky with some retailers.
As soon as I entered the shop, Rowaida asked if she could help me. From that moment the experience went so smoothly. She brought me another size, organised the exchange, bagged up my purchase and I was in my way. Thank you Rowaida.
What a positive experience and I'm encouraged to shop in Clarks more often.

Great service today in Clarks Clapham from Linda. I dropped in looking, without much expectation, for a pair of winter boots. I have tricky wide feet and finding comfortable - but also stylish - shoes is really hard. Linda went the extra mile to find me some boots that fitted well and looked good (got a thumbs up at home from my fashion conscious daughter). She was friendly, helpful and really attentive to what I was after. Thanks so much!

I visited Clark’s Clapham St John’s Road today, my first time at this branch. As soon as I walked in I received a warm welcome from Rowaida, she was very attentive and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with her level of care and customer service. I left the store satisfied with my new pair of shoes. Thankyou Rowaida :) seems like a lovely team at the store.

Roweida was so friendly and helpful fitting wellies and trainers for my two young children. She was patient and understanding when my toddler didn't want to use the measuring guide and brought different styles. She also gave the children colouring and crayons, they loved it! Thank you Clapham Junction Clarks as always.
