Poppy was fantastic – really calm and chilled with both my kids, despite been running around in their new shoes! Great advice and a very easy process. We always come here to get our kids’ shoes. Highly recommend!

Fabulous shopping experience at Clarks shoes in Caterham, Surrey, today. Poppy who served us was excellent, she was informative and helpful, and made my 82 year old Mum feel relevant and respected. We bought two pairs of loafers and Mum has her eye on a third pair! Huge thanks to Poppy and the two other team members for making it such a great experience.

I had seen the perfect shoes for me to wear to a ball but couldn't find them in any clarks store. Went into Caterham and was greeted by Joseph. He knew what to do straight away. He ended up ordering them from Clarks nationwide inventory and they were delivered to store within a few days. Perfect fit! Joseph was wonderful from helping me to get the correct size right through to managing my expectations. Thank you Joseph. You are a superstar ✨️

I went into the Caterham store to buy some shoes for work. I was greeted as I walked in. Hannah was so helpful, she asked what type of shoe I was looking for. She took time to make sure that my shoes fitted perfectly. Thank you

My parents went shopping in the Caterham Clarks store. They cannot speak English but the staff in Caterham Store were extremely patient and helpful, especially Lee and Hannah. They also put a lot of efforts on coming up with positive solutions without worrying about creating inconvenience to themselves.

Freya was an absolute pleasure, so helpful in getting our sons first shoes!

Lee at the Caterham store was truly excellent today. He was kind and patient with both of my children, extremely knowledgable, not pushy and kindly answered all of my questions.
Unfortunately they didn’t have the size in the shoe we wanted, but I was genuinely impressed by the service.
We were greeted promptly by Hannah, whom was also very kind and helpful.

Hannah was helping us today ant Caterham Clark’s shop and she was absolutely brilliant. She was very good with my 2 boys and she found the right shoes for them. She was very positive and answered all the questions that they had. She asked carefully what are the preferences and happily found the right one for them. Absolutely great service.

I telephoned to check stock availability before driving to the shop. Hannah immediately greeted me on arrival, remembered the phone call and the product I required.
She was most helpful in the fitting process and purchase and made the whole process easy combined with excellent service.

This shop is important to the local community and the staff are very helpful.

The pleasant and professional feel is very much noted upon entry in this Caterham, Surrey branch. Both Lee and Hannah were exemplary and welcoming upon entry. I came in for a pair of boots and the staff excelled.

Lee actually checked my partner's foot when he tried his boots to check on fitting.

Hannah was equally superb and helpful in allowing me to try various boots and associated sizes.

Our overall experience was super positive and in the end we purchased 2 pairs of boots -exquisite style and comfort when we had only envisaged purchasing one pair of boots.

Both Hannah and Lee are a credit to Clarks and offer excellent service.

Hannah was immediately helpful and understood the type of footwear I was looking for. She showed me several styles and sizes and I bought two pairs of ankle boots both of which I needed.

I spent £48 on new school shoes for my 5 year old in August, measured and checked in store and assured by staff they would still fit in September. She has been wearing them for only two weeks and has developed blisters on her little toes. Went into store with receipt but they say nothing they can do as we are over the 30 days since purchase. I really expected more from a big brand like Clarks and having spent so much.. Will not make the same mistake again, very disappointing!

The store manager, Joe, gave our autistic son the perfect experience when trying on new shoes. He kindly offered us a private time to attend with no one else in the store, and went above and beyond by creating a calm environment with soft lighting, no music, and minimal interaction.

What is normally a very stressful experience for our son was made absolutely flawless. Well done to Joe and the team – you are a real credit to the local community!

Harry/Henry served us today in Clarks of Caterham for school shoes. He was very polite very knowledgeable and gave us excellent service. He picked a selection of shoes that he thought my son's feet would fit into well. He made sure to gain a rapport with my monosyllabic teenager which made the painful process of buying shoes much easier.

I took my 16 month old to Caterham Clark’s a few weeks ago - the service from Callum was personalised and absolutely fantastic. He was so patient and told us everything we needed to know!

Callum assisted me with buying a handbag. He was very helpful and gave some excellent advice. I had a lovely experience
