Najma served us. She was polite, engaging and managed to win my shy toddler over. She was really accommodating to our needs and she knew what to recommend for good foot development. We trusted her advice and bought a pair on the spot.

I received excellent customer service from Olu at the Putney branch. I was looking for a pair of shoes, but my size wasn't available in store. Olu offered me the option of ordering the exact same shoes online in my size and patiently talked me through the process. He processed the online order for me and arranged for the shoes to be delivered to my nearest store in Colliers Wood, making everything quick and easy. He also let me know that the Stratford branch had my size in stock in case I preferred to collect them there.

Olu also recommended the Rain & Stain Protector Spray and the Suede & Nubuck Restorer Spray to help me care for my new suede shoes, and I bought both products based on his advice.

Throughout my visit, Olu was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. He is a real asset to the Putney branch, and I hope his outstanding customer service is recognised.

​My Daughter and I had been to various stores for school shoes with absolutely no success, until we visited Clarks in Belfast on Thursday, July 23rd.
​A stressful chore we dread to do every year, turned into the most pleasant and seamless experience. We were served by Elma, a new starter, who was absolutely brilliant, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She was supported by Jenny, who was incredibly accommodating and helping us fit insoles so my daughter could comfortably manage those awkward in-between sizes.
​Huge thanks to Elma and Jenny for turning our stressful shopping trip into such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

My order was delivered to the trash bin outside my home without my permission as it is not safe place . When I returned home from work my order was gone. I tried to contact customer service and explained the situation, but they told me that this was my delivery address and nothing could be done. Even if it was the courier's fault, because the GPS is correct, I don't understand it at all. This is the first time I've encountered something like this. Why am I being held accountable for the courier's fault, as they absolutely should not have left the package in such a place without my consent. Customer service is big joke this definitely last time I buy anything from them .

I recently bought a pair of shoes at the Norwich Riverside Store and I had a really good experience! Jake helped me out and he was very kind, patient and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

I ordered two pairs of Clarks shoes from Clarks UAE (Jashanmal) on 7 July 2026. Unfortunately, both pairs were too wide, so I requested a return on the same day.

The return process was unnecessarily complicated. I was asked to provide photos before my return could be processed, and I had to follow up several times.

As of 23 July 2026, I still have not received my refund. I have now received the same response twice: that my refund is waiting for the manager’s approval. Despite this, there has been no progress, no estimated timeframe, and no way to contact the manager directly.

This has been the most complicated return and refund process I have ever experienced with an online store.

Based on my experience with Clarks UAE (Jashanmal), I cannot recommend ordering from the Clarks UAE website if there is any possibility that you may need to exchange or return an item. Buying directly from a Clarks store may be a better option, as you can try different sizes immediately and avoid a long, complicated, and frustrating return and refund process.

Returned shoes 17 June, have contacted clarks 4 times (today is the 4 time)now 23 July still waiting to be refunded. Absolutely appalling service, was told refund would be in my account in 3 to 5 working days, today is day 7, very surprised and disappointed, I certainly won't purchase from this brand again

** EDIT - Escalated as advised, still - you claim all is well on your end. Some retailers are simply not ready to have a large online presence, and fact that you have split 1 order into multiple transactions (out of your own accord!), and now struggling to tie with the payment provider is something you have to sort out out, not me.

As of now - I still hold you solely responsible for this fraudulent behaviour. DONT BUY FROM CLARKS PEOPLE **

I have placed an order, from which I have kept kids items, but unfortunately all shoes I got for myself were simply not fitting correctly. I decided to return items adding to a total of £102.76. I have covered the return postage cost (I dont have an issue with that), and parcel has been received by Clarks within few days. I have then received an email confirming items have been returned, and I will receive my refund within 14 days. Time has passed and I have not received the funds. I have contacted your team and surprise surprise "we issued the funds, it is your bank". I paid with paypal so I contacted them (also - I have not received the standard "we got your refund" email which I have always received from Paypal in the past!!). Paypal confirmed the funds HAVE NOT reached my account. So I went back to Clarks, this time - they agreed money has not made it's way to my PayPal account and issue has been escalated. I was hopeful. Then - within couple of days an email to say: "we do not have access to the funds as they are then reserved by PayPal. I am unable to assist further and can only recommend contacting PayPal directly." I have spoken to PayPal, again. They confirmed funds have not reached their accounts. They are opening a dispute with Clarks to why you have in fact stolen money from me, and claim otherwise. I will not let you get away with that, that is fraud. I will take this as far as I have to

I was served by Jane today in the Cannock store (McArthur Glen ) and nothing was too much trouble. Totally delightful service - will definitely be returning! If there were a 10 star option I would have chosen that!

I've just been to my local Clarkes in King's Heath, and just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Kaz, who looked after me during my visit, Kaz was so helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble , the service she provided was excellent. Well done 👏, Kaz is a credit to your company.

I ordered some trainers with 2 day delivery , still nothing after a week - tracking with Evri had not moved. I contacted Clark’s and they sent me a new pair as the others were presumed lost by the courier , the second pair are now lost and the tracking is all over the place - I contacted Clark’s yesterday and am waiting for a reply , really disappointed with the service. Still waiting for my trainers !

It was very cool and realiable love

My son wears orthotic splints & formal shoe shopping is usually a nightmare.... not this time, Amy at the Whiteley store was amazing, so kind & helpful so we ended up going away with two pairs! Thank you.

Ordered a pair of trainers for my daughter online, and received a pair of brown slip on shoes, and even the incorrect size. All customer service did was offer a return. My daughter wanted these as were going on holiday. The customer service person said the only thing we can do is go to the local Clark’s store. Such poor customer service.

Customer service at the Upminster store is second to none. Although I am a difficult fit when it comes to shoes, the staff were extremely patient and helpful, and the shoes I bought are a perfect fit and very reasonably priced. I have used this shop in the past, and will undoubtedly return there for my next pair of shoes!
