Product Arrived in Bad condition

I received my product 10 days ago. I opened it today to use the product, only to find the product was not in the box but in the packaging and the box it came in was opened and crushed. The seal looked tampered with, not strong, like someone had opened it previously. I emailed customer support and was met with an aggressive tone. They treated me like a liar and refused to accept responsibility, even sending me a picture of the mail packaging when it was evident I was talking about the packaging the product came in. I won't be ordering from you again, and having looked at the rest of the reviews, it seems you make a habit of this sort of thing.

A very positive aspect is the large selection of cosmetics that I use and the fact that deliveries are always on time and without any problems. It's just a shame that prices have risen so much, and some of them are significantly higher than the prices of the same cosmetics in other online stores.

I’m really happy with this supplier

I’m really happy with this supplier. I order my stock few times a month and I always get samples. With my last order I got loads of samples and a calendar. Before I got few head bands too. I think the products are great for professional use as well as for retail. My clients love those products and I have great results using them.
The prices are so affordable and the delivery is quick and packed so well I never had any problems.
Also you collect points with each purchase that you can use towards the next order.
