4 times asked for samples . Took so long to get to me correctly that after I chose which decking I wanted it has now gone out of stock. Absolutely waste of time !

I have marked you down due to poor understanding of why your driver claimed to have attempted a delivery prior to the agreed date and then arrived at a different time to the one which was notified. Shame because the ordering and product quality was excellent.

I like the product - customer service, not so sure
I like the product, easy to install and good quality, hence 4 stars, but my buying experience felt a little like an inconvenience rather than valued customer. I expect they get large orders from developers etc (?) so my measly £1200 worth of products wasn't that important - I was ignored when I called to collect some extra bits until directed to the yard to wait 15 minutes for the items to be put on the floor and the chap walked away - no "customer service" whatsoever - and that was my "feeling" start to finish. So, order online, don't interact via phone, email or in person, and you'll be fine.

The value of an order should make no difference to how any customer is treated, and it’s disappointing to hear that you felt like an inconvenience. That’s not the standard we aim to deliver.
In terms of collections and phone enquiries, this time of year can be particularly busy, which can sometimes mean there’s a short wait while the team assist other customers on the phone or at our counter. That said, we completely understand how this may have come across, and we’re sorry that this left you feeling ignored.
Without full details, we can’t comment on the exact situation, but items being placed beside a vehicle can form part of our collection policy. For safety reasons, our team can only assist with mechanical loading for suitable open vehicles and are not able to hand‑load materials into enclosed vehicles. In these cases, items are placed next to the vehicle for the customer to load themselves. This is outlined within our collection guidance, including order confirmations, to help ensure safe handling for both customers and staff. We appreciate this may not have been clear on the day, and are sorry if this added to your experience.

So far so very good.
Have to say the website is very good, easy to navigate with a huge amount of information on every product.
I ordered a sample of what we have in mind for our scheme, again a simple process which proved to be very efficient as the product arrived within 48 hours.
All in all, up to this point 5 stars and hopefully something that will continue when eventually the scheme is on site and the product order is made.
