Delivery service was unacceptably poor
Delivery service used contacted me once only with a single text telling me what date the delivery would be made. Which was delayed from the expected delivery time. I could not contact them to change. the date. had no record of who they were and when they would arrive on the day. when the delivery was made it was short on the number of parts I ordered and there was an expectation that I should help the guy unload the truck. Extremely poor.

In terms of unloading, our deliveries are made on a kerbside basis, as outlined in our delivery policy. Drivers will always do their best to assist where possible, but customers should be prepared to receive goods at the kerbside and make arrangements beyond that point if required.

It’s been fitted 2/3 1 board has split terrible staining on some boards contacted cladco blamed it on the fitting and the maintenance even though it’s been power washed every 4 months customer service terrible and warranty not worth the paper it’s wrote on if that the case about fitting wrongly why haven’t all the boards split and why haven’t you said anything about the staining 🤔
All the other complaints on here about your company it’s always somebody else’s fault no accountability

Having reviewed the images provided, our Customer Support team found that the split board appears to be related to the installation method rather than a manufacturing fault. As outlined in our installation guidance, where two boards meet, both ends must be fully supported by double joists and secured independently to allow for natural expansion and contraction. Based on the information available to our Customer Support team, the issues reported were not found to be the result of a product defect.

Excellent service from Cladco
Excellent service from Cladco and some great products. I found the whole experience of ordering cladding simple and straightforward. The website is easy to navigate and has all the information you need. Once I'd made my order, delivery was exactly as I requested. Access is difficult for our house and Cladco sent a smaller vehicle and the driver was really helpful, so unloading was quick and easy. Perfect all round.

Prompt and courteous service
Prompt and courteous service. Only observation is that the delivery included an extra sheet, which was aimed at protecting my actual order. Whilst this is a nice gesture, it would have been good to know this at the time of ordering. For the intended job the 'extra' sheet could have been used, reducing the number actually ordered and paid for. In the event the extra sheet was simply disposed, an unnecessary waste

In some cases, we include a matching profile sheet to help protect the ordered materials during transport and reduce the risk of damage in transit. As every order, route and delivery condition is different, the protective sheet can sometimes pick up marks, dents or other damage itself, which means it wouldn't always be suitable for use as part of a project.

Helpful and polite sales staff; excellent quality
Helpful and polite sales staff. Given measurements for the roof turnaround for the quote was within hours and quantities were correct. Delivery driver was skillful; carefully lowering the load onto the drive with access restricted by trees and fencing. Quality of product is excellent and easy to put up after watching YouTube videos on how to.

Highly unprofessional business!
Ordered online for a collection in Andover, rang 2 days before to make sure the order would be ready and what would be an ideal time to go, this all went well. The issue was with the yard staff, they explained they would get to me once a couple of lorries had been loaded again I had no issue with this I waited for nearly 1•5 hrs no contact from any staff with an update and for long periods there was no one to be see! During this time 2 other people arrived and were loaded. I finally went to the main office as nobody was around when I returned less then 5 minutes late the pallet had been loaded on my trailer over straps and again nobody to be seen. It’s so unprofessional and unsafe to leave a member of the general pupil in the yard with no supervision! I thought supporting a local business was the right thing to do but can’t recommend this company at all.

Colour and profile variants - beware!
Not happy with the boards at all. It does tell you on the website to order all boards together as there may be colour variants if you order separately. However our initial order came and the boards were all different shapes and profiles so we ended up with different size gaps between the cladding.
I tried to explain to them but they were trying to tell me I should have ordered it all in one go - which I did, they hadn’t clearly checked it when they sent it, so I got nothing from them, not even an apology.
Anyway it’s on my summerhouse now and I just have to hope that the sun evens out the darker and lighter boards. Nothing I can do about the gaps except try to hid them with plant pots!

As outlined at the time, composite boards contain a high proportion of natural wood fibres, which means some variation in colour and tone between boards is a normal characteristic of the material rather than a fault. These differences typically soften over time as the boards weather and settle into their environment.
In terms of the board sizing, our products are manufactured in batches using moulding tools, and while these are regularly maintained and replaced, slight differences can occur over time. Any variations remain within standard manufacturing tolerances, but we appreciate these may be more noticeable once installed.
We understand this may not have met your expectations, and your feedback has been noted.
