The PMs are friendly and the instructions are clear. The rates are a bit low and the deadlines a bit rushy, but it is a great agency to work with. It is also great that they implemented a system to pay some projects on the same day of delivery. Very happy to work with them!

Spoke to them over the telephone on 19.02.2021 to arrange for two diplomas to be translated to english. They said send them over and we will send you a way to make the payment. If you pay before 4 pm today we can get it done for you even tomorrow. Never paid them any money however sent them the scans. Really concerned about that and asked them to respect my rights under GDPR and destroy all the email. Not had a reply since. Been sending them emails and calling them, no reply or answer. STAY AWAY!

Update to your reply, how dare you lie in such a way? You have at least 4 emails and at least as many missed calls from myself. My last email, sent tonight on 2nd of March 2021 at 21:29 which you would have known if you have read and replied to my emails! I can prove everything I say as still have the emails in my sent folder. Unfortunately have not recorded the telephone coversation I had with someone called Maria, again I can prove that I had a converstion on your mobile number. Also as I have stated in the above email, please delete all the emails and documents I have sent you as I DO NOT give you my consent to hold them! You have to respect GDPR. It's up to you what you want to do people... will also write you a nice Google review as more people need to know about this scam you are operating. Trust me or them, you have been warned! I have already worked for City Translate several times and it was always a positive experience. The staff are competent and friendly, the agency pays on time. I will continue to work with City Translate in the future. Highly recommended.

CityTranslate offers an excellent translation service. They are very responsive by email and phone, have great prices and deliver very quickly certified translations. I used them for a 21 page document and received translation in PDFs within 2 days. I was nervous about paying up front but I needn't have been; the service was very professional. I recommend them.

Great communication and excellent service.

These people are quick, accurate and not expensive! I needed a birth certificate translated and I got an email reply late on a Friday evening, when all other translators had gone home for the weekend. They promised to send me the translation by 11am on Monday, but it arrived on Sunday morning, the day before! Super service.
