Scammers they take your money and never send merchandise.

Ordered sneakers ($180) from City Jeans on 08/05/2026 — they sent the wrong size. No phone support, took days to get a return label, a week for a response after they received the return, and then they charged a 30% restocking fee, claiming the shoes were "dirty" after being tried on once indoors. Whole process took 3 weeks. They finally authorized a return on 09/10/2026 minus the 30% restocking fee. Disappointing experience and I will NEVER do Business with City Jeans ever again. What kind of Company doing Business in 2026 does NOT have a Customer Service phone number for its Customers. What a joke.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND TAKE NOTE OF ALL OF THE PREVIOUS COMMENTS!!!!Company sent me a previously tried on sneaker with a huge crease in the toe box. I didnt get a chance to read the previous reviews until after I purchased that stated this company is known for sending used items as new and charging a fee to return or dispute the issue. I figured since this particular shoe (jordan 7 Miro) just released that maybe I wouldn't have this issue because it just released but I was very wrong. Don't do business here!

I ORDERED A PAIR OF NIKE SNEAKERS AND THEY SEND ME A PREVIOUSLY USED AND RETURNED ITEM FULL OF DUST AND SCRATCHES FROM PREVIOUS USAGE!

Horrible company! They sent me the wrong shoe color and then accused me of switching the shoes and lying about it when I asked for a refund. Do not use them! They also do not have a way for you to contact anyone by phone! Beware!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. I paid using my credit card. The next day I received an email stating "
Your order has been canceled
Order #xxxxxxxx was canceled because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded." Then each pair of shoes was listed as "refunded". Still haven't received a refund but also after emailing with someone there they still have not explained how each item had an issue and the entire order was canceled. Seems like they are falsely advertising product and perhaps just wanted my credit card information. I would not ever recommend this sketchy site!

I felt like the $20(!!!) deduction that City Jeans took from my $119 return was exorbitant. The Ugg shoes I bought were a birthday gift for my daughter. I didn't realize that they apparently run small, so her normal size didn't fit. I emailed right away and would have happily done an even-exchange, but City Jeans didn't have the larger size of the shoes I ordered. My daughter didn't want a different color, and given that it was her birthday gift, I didn't want to make her wait without a gift for however long it would have taken City Jeans to get them.

I'm really not a happy customer and won't be doing business with City Jeans again. It was my first and only order.

This place is a scam website. Advertise free shipping but everything on the website is conveniently excluded. Dont shop here!

I ordered 2 pairs of UGG slippers from this company. The stitching on one of the pairs came completely undone, exposing the foam, after only wearing them for 3 weeks. I contacted this company and they wanted me to send pictures of all angles of the shoe. I did so.They then said that those were not the UGG slippers that I purchased from them, stating that it had "significant" wear and tear. They were accusing me of lying, then denied that they ever said that when I have the transcripts of all of our written communication. THEN they said that they only accepted returns for new and unused products. This shoe is clearly defective. They don't care. BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I truly hope that Amazon pulls their privilege as a seller.

I am so happy with my purchase!! I purchased a Sprayground SpongeBob backpack for my son and he loves it! Shipping was actually super fast and their customer service was great!! I will purchase from them again!

They sent me my backpack and it’s beautiful, didn’t charge me extra, and they didn’t send me the wrong one! by the way, if you see this I ain’t a bot lolz-

Big time shady!! I ordered Uggs from these clowns along with package protection. Unfortunately, the package was stolen, and they refused to honor the protection plan. They never offered to reship and stopped responding to my emails about my refund. I had to dispute the transaction with PayPal. Please DO NOT ORDER from this HORRIBLE business. They're dishonest scum!

I reordered got charged $7 again
I received use pair of slippers I send an email with pictures asking for discount on a use pair of slippers or return label for two days no one has responded to me
The sleepers come with rocks from outside stock on the bottom
Extremely frustrating no one’s is responding
$129 and no one is honoring the company name and brand .
The only reason I reorder it is because I was told by store uggs in Kenosha this item was only online orders at this moment

I have been looking for a pair of youth slipper UGGs everywhere online. City jeans had them and shipped them. Super fast pricing was overall the same as it would’ve been at the UGG store.

I ordered a teenage mutant ninja turtle backpack from them and received it with typical shipping. My son loved it but it only lasted 3 weeks. I contacted City Jeans to let them know about the quality (it supposedly has a life time warranty) and they responded quickly asking for pics. I sent pics asap and now they won't respond.

I was skeptical to buy from them. But I bought from them, and my order came through. Customer service was good and my Sprayground bag came with all accessories and perfect packaging. I recommend. Real person btw, No bots lol.
