Unprofessional customer service AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
On January 19th I paid this company euro 220.00 for a copy of a certificate of conformity. They told me it would take one week BEFORE I paid them. When it didn't arrive I called them and was told the person I had spoken to had made a mistake and it would take 28 days. This was all 45 days ago and after numerous mails and phone calls I still don't have any clarity. Every time I call I hear different story and the people responsible are always on leave or in a meeting. I was also told to be more patient as they receive more than 90 calls a day. Not surprising if this is how they treat customers. I have asked multiple times for them to transfer the e220.00 back but this goes ignored.
I moved to the U.K. from the Netherlands and need the certificate to register my car and pay Road tax. As it is now I am not allowed to drive my car or leave it on public roads. This means I have to use public transport for work which is very costly and the journey takes 3 times as long. The amount of stress. waste of money and time this situation has caused has left me extremely frustrated. I am totally shocked that an international car company would treat its customers this way.
