Stayed overnight in Glasgow - good location, compact room, comfy bed. On the downside - no kettle to make a coffee. I accidentally left my decent Anker charger in the room - e-mailed an hour after I'd... See more

Once great, now dreadful.
We only use the Tower Bridge Hotel, have done for 5 years now, three times a year.
Sadly the standards from cleanliness, check in ease and just overall service have seriously declined the three visits. Also since Citizen prices have risen exponentially, others now offer better value.
Decided after last trip to no longer use or recommend. The last visit ended with with a serious overcharging issue (again) that, was only resolved once the card company was involved. Mistakes happen, its how you deal with them that makes the difference.
So long guys, it was great while it lasted, take care.
They set up a cuddly ‘love your shoes’…
They set up a cuddly ‘love your shoes’ vibe but it’s all corporate bs- avoid them, a very unpleasant experience.
Customer experience was lacking
Told us we can come get our rooms at 11 AM, turns out people started getting thiers an hour earlier, so we needed to spend an hour aimlessly wandering around after our flight for no reason and were left with poor room choices (since you can't reserve it in advance)
Always nice and cozy
Always nice and cozy. I like the choice of food, TV channels, and room mood buttons :)
Great hotel in Copenhagen city center
Great hotel in Copenhagen city center. Room is a bit small but the location makes it up for everything...
Must experience hotel, CitizenM
Actually at the hotel right now. Preferred hotel while travelling. Use the one in CDG, France, most frequent. Can only recommend!
It's fantastic design, mood, atmosphere, food, hotel stewards, e-rooms, choice of TV, location, common-area always open, free wi-fi ec.t.. Price for a room is normally below 100€. The location is optimised for people without vehicles - at CDG one can basically walk to all the terminals.
Basically, if all hotels would have a similar approach to it's guests, as CitizenM, travelling the world would be a much more pleasant experience.
