Citation Canada (formerly HRDownloads) is a great reference tool for a wide range of HR situations across all Canadian Provinces, and the information is organized well. It also offers great training/info-briefing videos (in French and English) to meet annual employee compliance-training needs.
The included (no extra fees) on-demand advice from their panel of HR experts and lawyers has been hugely useful to me over the last few years.
As the product develops, I always get relevant advice and information from the rep, who shows an understanding of my HR needs, can answer all my questions credibly and is honest and realistic about the scope of the services offered.

We met with Karen Dubois today and experienced our best annual review in almost 15 years. Karen knows everything about the HR Downloads suite of products. She understood that we work out of multiple platforms and explained how we could best utilize products within our current HR Downloads program to improve our efficiency.

Although I had a great review of the website and new features with our account manager, I was not impressed with the call I received from the accounting department as soon the invoice was issued. Having been a customer for numerous year, I did not appreciate the request for payment that day as we always pay by cheque well within 30 days. This call was very close to making me cancel our relationship with HRDownloads.

Telephone advise - timely call back and to the point.

Karen Dubois has a good understanding of how we use HR Downloads and that we have limits to what an annual increase should look like. We like the ease of the software and use it for training and policy creation. We have now expanded it to another company in our group.
