Repeat customer feeling like a number
We have been using HRDownloads for almost 15 years and every year we have a different account rep.
They ask for 'early renewal' more often than not. This year, it felt very AI driven.
I do like the content for articles, legislation updates and training options for our employees.

A wonderfully thorough informative sales experience
Teddy is wonderful to deal with! A consummate knowledgeable professional and a truly genuine character looking out for the clients' needs. I like their trainings
We have been using HRDowndloads for a few years and I really like the trainings that they provide. This helps us keep in compliance with governement regulations and grow our staff.
I wish they offered the trainings as a seperate package as it would significantly reduce the price.
