Its a SCAM they wont give me my money back and i canceled my order before it even shipped

I wouldn't even give them 1 but kinda forced to. I bought for my daughter in college...yes it was in May..but just opened box and wore mine for 2 hours when I was walking and it totally fell apart. Some rep texted me & said they couldn't do anything. So wrong..$10] alot to spend on this. Cheaply made too. They stopped responding to my texts so now I will keep placing my review all over social media & reporting to BBB.

I ordered these for my granddaughter and I because I’m fixing to have open heart surgery and I thought this would be a good way for us to stay connected. Within 24 hours both bracelets had come apart. It was just pure luck we were able to find both pieces. I was able to return them, but was charged a 15% restocking fee! My granddaughter and I were so disappointed they didn’t work out!! Neat idea, but don’t waste your money!!!!!

I absolutely hate this product. They do not work as advertised and are more annoying than anything!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a set of bracelets for my husband for Father’s Day. I ordered in May so they’d be here in time. Today is Thursday and I gave them to him in Sunday and one is broken already!!! They are super sensitive and constantly go off. Total waste of money. AND they won’t let me return them because it’s been over 14 days since I got them. Don’t waste your time OR hard earned money on this garbage!!! If customer service decides to do the right thing and refund my money I’ll update my review!

Avoid at all costs. Absolute scam and terrible customer service.

It’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten my package the only way to contact them is through email or text and that is very inconvenient when I don’t trust that they will deliver. Also trying to get a refund for my items that haven’t shown up is really hard especially if they get 20% of what i paid for. I don’t trust this company to deliver my order or give me a refund and i am very upset to spend over $200 for a scam.

This product is TRASH. Literally - I spent $150 on a set of bracelets and threw them away. These bracelets do not work as advertised. They are extremely sensitive and set the app off constantly, which became a source of aggravation for my boyfriend and I. It drained our phone batteries. I turned off notifications because it was annoying, which totally defeats the purpose of these "thinking of you" bracelets! I requested a refund, but Nicole from Circle and Luck told me that there's a 14 day return policy. I purchased them far in advance for a Valentine's present and we didn't open them until Valentine's Day. Talk about such a disappointment. Since they won't honor my request for a refund, I am going to write an accurate and negative review for these garbage bracelets anywhere and everywhere I can. Hopefully I'll save someone the grief of spending so much money on GARBAGE.

First took more than 30 days to receive.
I ordered a mahogany box (upgrade) with a “special bond aunt and niece” card.
DID NOT RECEIVE EITHER!
Just the necklace in a plain box with no card.
Emailed company and have had no response.

The bracelets themselves look much much smaller in real life. The shipping time was terrible I ordered on January 5th and only received my order on March the 7th. I had to call up 3 times to check on the package and customer service did not assist me when I emailed.The delay was due to incorrect address despite having the correct address.

I ordered a bracelet as a Christmas gift for my husband still have not received it! I've been trying to contact and they only reply once every few weeks just to tell me they don't do refunds and to send an alternative address so I did that month has passed still no tracking number! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!! IM OUT OF $100 BECAUSE OF THIS SCAM OF A PLACE!!! SO PISSED GOING into March and still nothing. If I get nothing in the next week I will be reporting to BBB

This is one of the worst companies to deal with. I ordered the love bracelets on November 29. I contacted them on Dec 12 as the order still hadn't shipped. They responded saying the order was shipping out on Dec. 13. The product arrived in Canada on Dec 21.. I emailed the company twice and filed a complaint on the shop app on Dec 27 as the shipping was still showing being processed at the faculty in Canada. I got no respond from the shop app (tracking app they tell you to download ). Or even received an update when the order was out for delivery. I emailed the company again on Jan 14 and got no reply. On January 16 the shipment was finally delivered to my house. I order stuff from shien which comes from China and have never experienced the delays I received with this company. The bracelets are poorly made and require an app to be running all the time and Bluetooth to be on to work . Definitely not worth $312.00 US. My recommendation is don't waste your money and time.

Love my bracelets soo much! Shipping was not the fasted but they arrived!
