I would actually give them a 0 star if I could. I ordered a long distance bracelet for me and my daughter since February Well today is October and still no bracelet. I have sent multiple messages and received two responses that my order was in its way. No response when I requested a refund. Their phone number does not work either.

Bought two bracelet forv118.00 and have gotten two emails at the beginning stating backorder but would get it on the way. Well 6 months later...no emails no products. Filled out claimed with BBB but won't matter they aren't members. Thrying to flood every site the have with negative reviews as we all should to maybe make a dent in their business.

I have already ordered over 20 days ago. I keep sending them mails but no responses. It is like worst customer service, paying so much for such thing. Horrible customer communication and I advise not to purchase from the site as I had to leave soon thats why I ordered it but its it no use now because still I haven’t received it

horribol service i orderd my bracelet on the 2 of august and its the 19 of august and i still havn't recivied it they won't let me know anything i send them multipul emails and they didn't respond to any of them don't order of them i payd for it it's just lost of your money

If zero stars was an option! My $150 was stolen from me! Do not order from this company! I made my order in 04/2023, I filed a complaint with the BBB and it was closed. The company just keeps sending me the same email over and over again. They will not refund me my money, and I have no tracking for my order! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! You will get a crappy product that barely works or you will have your money stollen! This is crazy and wouldn’t wish this on anyone!

I ordered the sun and moon bracelet along with the sun and moon necklace for my boyfriend and I. The order was placed OVER A MONTH AGO AND IS STILL BEING PROCESSED. This is ridiculous. I emailed the company yesterday morning and no response. This is a very unprofessional company and they should be shut down completely. I am now out of $200+ because no one will email me back and refund me. This is disgusting and fraudulent behavior.

I advise all who are here to file a report to the better business bureau and dispute the charges with your bank. Companies like this should not exist!

Worst product and even worst customer service. I order the sun and moon bracelets and only one worked. Had to send videos for proof and then ironically the responses became delayed or non existent from Nicole. Then she finally said they were sending a replacement. I been requesting a refund. I’m thinking I should dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Ordered the twin bracelets for my girlfriend for Valentines and They came almost 3 weeks later. Not only that one of the bracelets would not even turn on or take a charge. Tried to contact customer service (Nichole) and I was told to send them videos and uninstall the app to get to work. I told them I cannot even turn in on why would I download an app. So I sent them an email stating I wanted to return everything and was told that I would be charged a 35% restocking fee even though what they sent me was broken. No legitimate business would charge someone for faulty items that a customer paid full price for. What a joke..

Horrible company do not order from them! Placed order three months later get half the order for them to tell me they are shipping out separately but online says delivered and I never got it, no response from customer service! Soon frustrating

There needs to be a negative rating to choose from for this bogus company. Nicole is absolutely useless and unprofessional, she doesn't return emails and make blind promises she has no intention of fulfilling. She finally answered one of my multiple emails, but waited until after the product shipped, which was 2 weeks after I ordered it. By doing this she secured a return and restock fee, whereas there wouldn't have been one if she cancelled the order when I asked many times while it was still in the factory. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and don't order from these people, I wish I would have read the reviews first. Get them from Amazon, they are cheaper and won't give an issue if you need to return it for a FULL refund.

Seems like Im not the only one with this issue. Ordered the Hairo three pack, was advised it it was an "error" and they sent one. Fighting back and forth with Nicole, who so "kindly" sent another one. Not only was the delivery wrong, however the product is far from satisfactory.
Hairo - what a disgrace. Agree with the rest of the reviewers, scammers!!!! How they can do business like this is beyond me.

My first order was "delivered" but nowhere to be found. No reply from customer service at all. Ok, I ordered a second time (should have checked here first). The order is "pending" for over a month now. I tried to contact customer service twice - no answer. It was meant to be a xmas-gift but i'm afraid it won't arrive at all. If it does, I will update.

Minus 1 actually. I ordered a triple pack of hair removal stones as it was a special offer. After nearly two weeks one stone arrived, even though I had paid in full for the three. I waited and waited. I contacted the company several times and after another maybe two weeks I got a message to say there was a mistake that the offer was no longer valid, in fact it was a typo. I then asked for a full refund as the one stone wasn't worth the price of three. A month later and I'm still waiting on a response. I've contacted Instagram to report them and visa to make a complaint of a fraudulent transaction. I will never use this company again and advise others not to either!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡. Very poor customer service 😡

Order in June and the company that delivers it says it was delivered but I check every where & asked all my neighbors to the point they do not want to hear anything out of my mouth & my package still not here & they won’t give me a refund because the company that “delivered” the package the phone number is incorrect and the email they aren’t responding I’m pissed I want a refund especially since I paid for something that never showed
