They sent me the wrong product and then…

They sent me the wrong product (thin cigarettes rather than the King Size that I ordered and they charged me for) and then refused to send a replacement or offer even a partial refund.

Looks like some people have had better experiences and got what they ordered but why risk it when there are several other cigarette sites that are more honest/less risky?

UPDATE: It's Order 60311.

It was not the wrong product. You received cigarettes exactly like on the picture of our website.. You just didnt like they were smaller than KingSize - its not wrong product! We offered a refund if you ship them back. Please be complety fair once posting a review!

Taste Great

I had a couple concerns, but as soon as I asked a question it was answered immediately.They even followed up to make sure I received my order & followed up after, the best communication ever. Received my cigs in about 2 weeks or less. I put half of my marlboro's with half of their marlboro's and couldn't tell the difference. Will keep buying from here & refer all of my friends. Thanks a bunch for saving me some money

Experience from beginning to end was amazing
