From the first time I picked up the phone till we drove off the forecourt the service I received was exceptional. David could not have been any more helpful, from sorting our trade in vehicle to arranging all the documentation for our new car. He was outstanding and a credit to Chorley group

Found the car via cazoo

Found the car via cazoo. Made an enquiry on the Sunday. Had brilliant communication and reassurance from John all week. We travelled from Birmingham on the Saturday and drove away the same day

I have vidited this dealer now a few…

I have visited this dealer now a few times when I was looking to changing my car/van - and totally respect the old school ways they opperate- brilliant !

Today I had my car serviced by them - despite not making the original purchase there - but seriously I think they are a true assett to the Citroen Brand
GREAT SERVICE AND PRICE - GREAT LOAN CAR ( altough it wasn't very cleran ) but free - so win win win
Going forwads - I wont be using the dealer I purchase my C5 aircross from { in Bolton } - as quite simply they dont have the same level of brand loyalty or customer care - as Rigbye do
If I buy another brand new citroen - { my 6tth } then it will only ever be from here

GREAT DEALERSHIP !!!

Paul at the Wigan branch!

Paul at the Wigan branch was fantastic - from the very first interaction he was patient, knowledgeable and very personable! He was more than happy to support with any queries I had which was alot of them, and gave me an update whenever I required! He was open and upfront about a minor issue that couldn't be fixed as they were awaiting an update from citroen themselves, but he exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond to ensure the issue would be rectified without any inconvenience to myself. I felt reassured throughout the entire process of purchasing a car, and extremely pleased with the service I received!

Excellent service from start to finish. Having been let down by another dealer Brett and the team were a great help in sourcing our new Nissan Interstar. The van is perfect and we would definitely recommend Chorley Nissan.

Nissan Blackpool I Was given awful…

Nissan Blackpool I Was given awful customer service by salesman Mr John Taylor and his other colleagues muppets and mostly ignored by Paul Gaskell and Adam turner,
Wrong car given it was another customers car,
Wrong number plates put on my car which is illegal
No sorry 😞 whatsoever
Very distressed situation very unhappy service customer care by Paul Gaskell was disappointing he told me Given the circumstances and the unfortunate lack of trust you now have dealing with John and Chorley Group, its probably best we draw this to a close and you place an order for a second car elsewhere. what a company completely unacceptable customer service and what a terrible customer care and customer support staff awful here and management Adam turner does not reply to any emails, avoid at all costs please 🙏 the company Chorley are the worse car company I have ever encountered buying a car, they have no business sense whatsoever, please 🙏 avoid this company please I have now purchased my car from a fantastic company,
