Funds locked for years. I already wrote to the support team but they are not solving despite I submitted all required documents.

Choise supports MetaMask out of the box, but doesn’t currently allow you to choose between injected providers. For users with multiple extensions, it’s important to have more control over which one gets used during the login process.

For a platform handling digital assets, not having visibility over session history is a weak point. I couldn’t find a section showing active logins, recent IPs, or even a “last accessed” indicator. If someone gets access without permission, you might not notice until it’s too late.

All in all, I'm happy with my experience using Choise. However, I believe that more filtering functions should be added to the transaction log, this would help me analyze my transactions more easily.

From the point of view of an experienced user, I want to say that Choise is undoubtedly a stable and functional platform, but it would be better if it were possible to use more advanced tools for detailed analysis.

The initial connection via WalletConnect worked fine, but after a browser restart, I had to scan the QR code again. It doesn’t seem to retain the session persistently, which makes repeated use a bit more cumbersome than it should be.

MetaMask integration is reliable, but not very flexible. If you’re using multiple browser wallets (e.g., Coinbase Wallet and MetaMask), the platform defaults to MetaMask without giving you a choice. A simple selection prompt would make onboarding smoother.

I checked the settings, but didn’t see any tools for monitoring access or login attempts. A simple audit log showing date, device, and location would add transparency. Even if stored locally, some visibility into login history would improve trust and user control.

My etherum is blocked in this platform i can't take out. They send me to contact support and they will write now that but everything is unsuccessful.

Trying to go through the reclaim process and this is just full of hurdles and blocks and they are asking for very sensitive information its constant emails and rejection there is no contact number where you might be able to get some clarity in my opinion they have no intention of returning funds. ive been having nothing but trouble from this company for years now still have no access to move my funds to my bank.

Support service responses sometimes have to wait longer than we would like. But I’m glad that they give detailed and clear answers to any question.

Usually, registering on any website caused me quite a lot of difficulties. I was afraid that the whole process would be quite complicated here. I was glad that everything was different here, the registration process was clear and not as long as I expected.

Fiat off-ramps could be better — limited methods at the moment. Still, the process is smooth when it works, and at least fees are reasonable and shown before you commit. No hidden tricks, which I’ve seen elsewhere.

They told me they need a KYC I've done everything for it. Despite my efforts to comply with all necessary KYC requirements, I have yet to receive my funds.

Unfortunately, I have had to hire a lawyer and a tax advisor to assist with this matter, which has added to my distress. After that they told me about the liquidation and next steps will be announced soon. They send me the next steps but it doesn't work. The verification process is still under review in the app and on sumsub is it loading since 2 days.
And now the Support isn’t answering

Would be helpful to have an onboarding walkthrough for first-timers. I managed to figure it out, but a short in-app tutorial could lower the barrier for those new to crypto. The UI is clean enough that you don't get lost, though.

I’m a Swedish citizen who fell victim to this SCAM company like everyone else here. I know some people who I will contact and take legal actions as well some EU Presidents to see what can be made. With that in work, a flight from here and some other countries in same organization isn’t that complicated either to track down this disrespectful treatment of people. Time will tell. It’s obvious that they don’t give a F with same bullshit answer like I’m gonna get here now like everybody else and this company is made to just steal money from people. We shouldn’t give a F either and do whatever it takes to retrieve our money.

Switching networks used to stress me out on other platforms. But Choise simplifies that process with helpful indicators and pre-set configurations. It still requires attention, but at least you’re not left guessing.

The app is generally smooth, but I’ve noticed that on older devices, it takes a couple of extra seconds to load. It’s nothing major, but a little optimization for different devices would make a difference.

I've been with 'Choise' previously 'Crypterium' since its beginning, at 1st the site was functioning very well no issues, friendly support etc.
But i must say since 'Choise' has been operating I have had the worst experience trying to withdraw funds and communicating with support. They drag their heels on all occasions, requiiring this and that document stalling and then using excuses about their technical team is looking into my problems. If this isn't a Scam!!! I don't know what is. I have over 20,000 euros worth of crypto that i cannot get out of their platform.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM PLATFORM AT ALL COSTS!!! I've warned you.
