I am contacting you because I have a very bad experience with choice.com, more than a month ago my ethereum transaction is pending. I have already written 10 times but every time I get a message like our experts are working to solve the problem, I tell them that the txid is not correct and that it should start with 0 and have over 60 characters for the ethereum network and they again say our experts and so on in a circle . I am honestly thinking about further steps to exercise my rights.

Be careful with Choise.com they collect all your information including ID, address, an tax ID number. Then they don’t give you access to your funds, you cannot transfer them, NOTHING YOU CAN DO !!!

I have the same bad experience of blocked funds in useless CHO for years and blocked crypto trasaction for over a month now. It is exactly as everyonelse here describes it: the support is giving you vague postponements and delays, assuring you, in the scammest way possible, that everything is alright, they have all the best tech specialist working for you, but the crypto is gone and the funds are blocked.
I am looking to engage investigative journalist, such as coffeezilla to expose them. Stay away, for your well being!

LE: ..and they replied with a 2023 announcement saying that "Starting Monday, December 18th 2023", they would start turning on services with everything working in a "couple of months". If they didn't lie then, they are definitely lying now, over one year later, when still nothing works for the users but definitely works for them! I almost forgot the "Brand new VISA card program" they are also promoting to hook others.. I don't know how anybody would still believe that choise.com is not a scam.. A legit platform would give back what they owe, not post empty replies - let the facts talk!

What can we do to report this organisation to legal authorities? They are a criminal enterprise. Are we going to just let them get away with it and continue to hurt people all over the world? Surely not! Look forward to your replies.

All the others below are right. Choise/Crypterium are giving the same answers for already more than 2 years. In the meantime you can't do anything with your money and crypto, it's stolen. The strange thing is that every now and then you read about somebody that got his assets after some months, but this is also not how it should work.

Choise looks like a dead horse. I have stopped hoping to see my money again. For you, walk away while you can still can before losing your money as well.

Be carefull.
After ask about fees and cards I was tell by support I need some funds in the account to be able to explore the card section.
After add some funds, cards cannot be created.
The bussiness model came after that when you wanna recover your funds, in my case I can withdraw “BUT” what they call: “only networks fees” changes to miserable and totally unfair fees.
IE: to receive 40 usdt on tron network they will charge a total of 10.4 usdt as “network fee”.
I’m sending to an already funded address, so, the network fee is 13.xx TRX, today TRX is 0.26 usd, then the network fee to send USDT on tron network is 3.5usdt, and doesn’t matter the quantity you send.
After seen this ugly tactics I decided to check for 100 Usdt, in this case the “network fee” is 20.8usdt.

Basically these scammers just want you to deposit, realize that there are no cards and services, then you withdraw. probably you can’t withdraw as many other users, or, if you can you have to pay a 20.8% fee for it.

Totally scam. Stay away from them.

After months of trying to withdraw my money, I realized that I fell into a never-ending trap, my CRPT was turned into locked CHO for months and now I find that at the end of my deposit period, they are not given back to me, but they ask me as a ransom another 15800 CHO to unlock a staking, A real criminal practice, there are always error in app on everything I try to do such as withdrawing money, checking utility bills

I've been unable to withdraw or exchange crypto for 8 months. Every 1-star review here is 100% correct.
I have about 60 emails back and forth with support during this time and here is what I've discovered:

- They can't summarize or explain the problem.
- They won't give you an update proactively, they will only reply to emails (after a 24 hour wait period).
-They can provide no technical details whatsoever.
-They will apologize but basically ignore any requests for details you ask for.
-You might not be talking to AI/Bots, but you might as well be.

Their latest copy/paste announcement in replies to these reviews says: don't worry, starting 12/18/2024 - its all being fixed! Well, its 12/20/2204, and nothing works. Amazing! Their support channel is a Telegram chat channel that is empty except for a few bots. Their Twitter/X profile is nothing but bots with zero engagement.

Look, if this isn't a scam, it's the most incompetently run company in the crypto space. What's worse? Does it even matter? DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY.

Once your money is in, you can NEVER access it again. They claim it’s some issue related to when they rebranded, but their genius tech support haven’t been able to resolve this issue in over a year. (I logged my ticket in February 2024 and at that point saw complaints online from other users dating back to mid 2023 with the exact same issue and excuses) I see other comments online where they respond angrily to people claiming that they are thieves, but I’m now pretty sure it’s a fact. I get responses to my support ticket, but it’s never more than “we know this is frustrating, but we are still working on the issue” Do NOT invest here.. you will loose - happy to write a lovely update of successful cash transfer and retract my statement if they ever resolve my issue, but at this point - I don’t believe it will ever happen.

First, they canceled the two cards I had with them without any notice, and now I can't access my account or contact support because "something went wrong"... They use the opportunity during the bull run to work with other people's crypto and will return the currencies (if they ever return them) when the bear comes...

Nor transfer them to their paid card for nothing I tried sending my BTC to another wallet and it always shows an error message not allowing me to withdraw.

I will give this people a zero I have my funds on their plateform and they always give the same comment. Legal action need to be carry against them to prevent them from scamming people . INTERPOL and THE FBI need to take care of them .
