Good Morning,
Looking into this I can see that this parcel was marked as delivered on the 11th May however I can see that you contacted us on the 17th to advise that you believe the parcel to be missing. We raised this with Royal Mail on Monday the 18th and they are currently investigating the matter.
For an accurate timeline on the investigation please refer to the correspondence that you have with our customer service team, once we hear from Royal Mail we will be able to advise you further and we will do this via the email thread that we have with you.
