I’m glad we were smart enough to do some quick checks before buying. First, when you type chloeculture.com into Google search , their website doesn’t even appear — my friend only found them through Pinterest, which was my first red flag. You can click through to their site from Pinterest, but you can’t locate them through a normal web search.
Next, I looked up “chloeculture.com reviews” and found chloeculture.com under Trustpilot site, which was filled with nothing but bad reviews — people labelling this pretend company as a big fat SCAM, customers saying they never received their orders or their money back, no customer support to contact…..Thankfully, I stopped my friend just in time from buying a “lounge in a box” from them.
This is a scam
This is a scam! I should've trusted my gut instinct and read the reviews first. Ive been keeping up with my tracking updates and on 8/2/25 it said delivered. Nope, it never was. I have cameras on my driveway which is the main entrance to our community and I have A ring. Both cameras record so no delivery that day. Have tried to email and both emails given on their website are undeliverable! I’m so disappointed I gave them my money for free! Hoping they take their advertising off TikTok, Pinterest and other websites asap
Definitely a ZERO!!
Definitely a ZERO!!! BIG TIME SCAMMERS.How can they be allowed in advertise on Pinterest?? Took my money also
Never got my order
Never got my order, YES ITS A SCAM!! Hard earned money and they stole it. Someone needs to shut this down. 2 day shipping..all crap...
They definitely get a ZERO
They definitely get a ZERO. Same happened to me and I’ve tried to email 17track and Chloeculture and the email I received back says error can’t be contacted. Stole my money, beware they’re SCAMMERS.
Don't Buy From Them!!!
Oh how I wished I had seen these reviews before I allowed these people to steal my money. They did the same to me as to the others: fake tracking information through m.17track and then updated as being delivered when it was not. Me and my family watched all day and evening for a delivery truck to deliver to my home or anywhere near my home and there was nobody. I checked the tracking and it said it was delivered yesterday. And the links and such at their website are for looks only. They don't do a thing. Now I'm more poor and feel stupid. I'm contacting the Federal Trade Commission.
They get a ZERO!
They get a ZERO!! This company is a total scam!! I bought a couch on their furniture website. The site looks legit but don’t trust them!! I should have checked the reviews first!! They provide a fake tracking number. After 4weeks I asked for updated tracking info and delivery company information, they did not provide that. After 6 weeks they insisted it was delivered. Told me to check with my neighbours and local post office. Total scam!!
Bloody ass money eaters
Bloody ass money eaters. Do not buy anything they will leave you with nothing they stole my money and send a fake tracking number next minute my item is delivered with no photos where its delivered . Therr are scammers total lie the business online should be banned.

Chloeculture is a total scam...they're not selling wigs, they say they're selling furniture, but they're not selling crap, they're just taking your money.
Same website, completely different product
I came here to check out this company and all I see are reviews for bad wigs
They're not selling wigs anymore, now they sell furniture
Another Chinese Fraud
I first emailed this company to make sure the wigs were not coming from China. She lied to me and emailed they would not. Well they did ship from China, took weeks. Pissed me off these are the same defective wigs you can buy on TEMU for $10
