Do not purchase from this company. They should be closed, shuttered, and shut down forever. It is a fraud. Website states you can return items but you cannot. They will offer you a 20% and then a 50% discount and they will tell you that their warehouse is in China and it can cost up to $50 to return your items. The masquerade as an Australian company, but they are really in China with zero customer service and integrity.

Horrible made bags and service is worse no one gets back to you. They also set you up on an automatic new purse purchase without any notice of this.

I really don’t think they deserve even one star. They portray themselves as Canadian but are from China. The shirts I bought are nothing like the SWEATERS I thought I was buying. Shame on me for trusting them. It took them almost 2 weeks to give me the return info & then they said I would have to return them to China address because “their warehouses were FULL. Like I said shame on me for trusting them. Paying the postage to China to return them would be the second foolish thing apart from buying them in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS THROWING AWAY YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! I would give zero stars if I could. Products are rubbish material and are faulty. I have lost $133 and requested full refund. Returned garments and as company is fraudulent my items are ‘stuck in customs’. I have no redress.

Service provider says London but I received a package from China with a poor-quality dress that I did not order, Seller is not responding, website is not working.

This company is fraud ! They are falsely advertising and sending crap dresses . Afterwards they block you so can't level get on their website
I paid good money $70 for the white calls shell dress and they delivered ridiculous white cloth polyester fabric with circle patches attached .

Absolute rubbish that they are selling. My dress arrived today and looks nothing like the advertised Zara lace dress. No lace at all except a screen print on a tent like fabric. Not the material that they advertised. Very disappointing .

Another sucker - lured in by the appearance of being a Brisbane shop. Nothing of the sort. My shoes were advertised as 'orthopaedic' but were nothing of the sort. Offered a 15% refund. Insulting.

I ordered and paid for a garment that was advertised as linen. I received a cheap, polyester garment that was absolute crap and nothing like the garment advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

What a scam...I thought I was supporting an Australian Mother and daughter company, and though there items were a bit expensive for me, I thought I would give them a go..
The are nothing but scammers and there clothing are absolutely rubbish..I could have gotten the cloths cheaper from Temu or Shein, as I soon found out that they sell the same stuff, only much cheaper.
Never again will I be fooled by this so called Chloe and Sienna

The item advertised looked well made but what I received was a cheap interpretation. I had great difficulty trying to get a refund but because I purchased through PayPal was able to prove my case and received a full refund.

I should have read reviews before I ordered… total rubbish! Not from Australia- tiny sizes and appalling quality. Soo disappointed, I had to at least try to warn others!
