I recently requested A refund from this company the reason being I requested an 8 inch wig. It was sent a 10 inch I stated that the week is not a 8 inch after going back-and-forth. He finally answered me and told me that they had added a 10 inch So the week with flow from the bottom they also started a refund process which would cost me over $200 plus stocking fee at this point they said that they Do not send labels at this point. I am stuck with this Wig, bad customer, service, and policies. I was told to read the refund policy never again will I do business with the company.

I have requested a refund/return five times because the wrong wig was sent. I am being ignored. I ordered a blond wig and got a red one! 300.00 STOLEN FROM ME BY THIS COMPANY

Surprise surprise I have always bought my hair from China lace wig and all the hair I recieved was good quality I would not trust any other company as they always deliver if you buy density lower than 200 not gonna meet your expectations my hair is always high density 200 to 250 and human hair and off course you will pay the price for it I can’t say anything bad when everyone at work are complimenting me and asking where I got my hair from Affiong

I bought a wig from China lace wig about a month ago. The wig was affordable and got to me promptly. My only issue was there wasn’t enough hair on the sides/side burn area. Anyhow,since they sent me a fairly decent wig I figured I’d buy an extra bundle of hair to make my wig longer. After placing my order and waiting several weeks for my parcel, I preceded to contact the vender. Never got a response. I then decided to reach out to PayPal to have them resolve me issue. To make a long story short I never got my package and had to be refunded my money through PayPal. I won’t be doing business with CHINALACE wig again!!!

I purchased awig on December 21 and I immediately received an email confirmation.
A few days later, I received an email asking me to verify my zip code. I live in Seoul, South Korea and I have a six number zip code. Their way bill machine coild take a six number zip code. I have never had this problem with any of my international orders.
After several email exchanges I told them to refund money. After I requested a refund they stopped communicating with me. I have not heard from them in six weeks abd I have not received my wig. I have also sent nessages to them on IG and FB. NO REDPONSE! FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD!

HORRIBLE. Don’t ever order from this company. They sent me the wrong wig and it was terrible quality. Then when i returned it, they don’t reply and will not give me my refund. They are frauds and have horrible customer service and hair. DO NOR ORDER

I ordered and paid for a specific blonde wig I wanted to wear for Halloween and paid £170. They sent a completely different wig which couldn't be worn for the purpose I bought it and meant I couldn't go as my original costume and had to change to something else last minute. You can imagine the frustration when you're waiting for something to arrive for 2 weeks and when it comes its the wrong order! :@

So I asked for a refund - they said I have to return it and I have to pay for the return postage myself (even though they are at fault for sending me the wrong product in the first place).

I still wanted a refund so I paid £16 in postage fees to send it back to their warehouse in China. When it arrived, they pretended it had not arrived even though the tracking showed it had been delivered and I paid for "special delivery" which in the UK means packages that have tracking and have to be signed for when delivered.

I was in correspondence with them for over a WHOLE month, emailing them everyday sending proof that the wig had been returned and delivered to them.

After no refund for over a month and many emails from them acting deliberately obtuse I submitted the case to PayPal. Once my case was open in PayPal Chinalacewig quickly reached out to me telling me they received the wig and will give me a refund (HMMM). Eventually I got a refund for the wig but not for the £16 I paid for the postage to send it back to them.

I don't know why they think they can send poor quality wigs to their customers and expect us to spend our OWN money to send it back when we want a refund.

I now realize I didn't need to send the wig back at all, I could have just gone through PayPal to get a refund. So if they send you the wrong wig, don't bother sending it back to them if you don't want more of your money being wasted. They're not worth the energy.

If I could give zero stars I would as they have zero regard for their customers. From now on I will be buying from black-owned wig companies ONLY cos this service ain't it.

DO NOT BUY from this company. They sent the wrong wig and then I sent the unit back using my own money. They said they never received it although it reached Beijing!! So I was out of the money - and they said TOO BAD. Disgusting company.

HOW TO GET A REFUND!!

MAKE SURE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND PAY VIA PAYPAL, THIS WAY THEY CAN TRACK AND TRACE BACK YOUR PURCHASES - THEY HAVE BUYER PROTECTION ON ALL PURCHASES.
I bought a wig for $280 and it was absolutely atrocious, the wig was layered, and shedding like crazy. I contacted the company explaining my upset, to which they ignored, it took me multiple tries to get a response, the most they did was ask for my order number and photographic evidence of which I provided, after that they ignored me. I had threatened multiple times that I would be turning to PayPal of which they ignored.

PayPal were more than happy to help, they had informed me to have no contact with the company to allow things to go smoothly. They opened a case for myself demanding information in regards to my order otherwise I will receive a refund. DO NOT CLOSE THE CASE YOURSELF AS IT CANNOT BE RE-OPENED, PAYPAL WILL DO THIS FOR YOU. I received my refund INSTANTLY, it took around 1 - 2days when the maximum time to wait for the response from the company is 10days.

The company are very much aware that they’re sending bad quality wigs and are fully aware that we’re entitled to our refunds for their terrible quality.

If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. The hair is super thin and tangles up right out of the box. I paid $280 and it is not worth it at all!

Jennifer at Chinalacewig, I have canceled my Credit Card, this all could have been avoided if you had just sent a paid for return slip for me to send back. I WILL NOT PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE, I DID MY PART BY PAYING AND ENTERING THE CORRECT NEEDS OF MY ORDER. I am not a thief or trying to get over on you but it seems like your company had no problem taking my money and sending wrong cheaper items.

I will be raiting your company on all surveys that i can find.

I hope no one buys from your company ever so they do not have to go threw this stupidity.

Hair is terrible!!! Paid £240 and it was crap it shreds the knots aren’t bleached and it’s horrible messaged them and they ignored me shock do not buy from this company I wasted money on this crap wig that I can’t wear and all they said was wash it!!don’t buy from this company

I read all the reviews. Jennifer with chinalacewig is not being truthful. I’ve been a customer for many years but over the last year the service has went to zero. I placed a order on April 17. I received no confirmation email no response from anyone. No shipping information. I wound email them with no response. The unit arrived and it was the wrong unit. The only scam here is chinalacewig. They know exactly what they are doing. I’ve had the same experience as other viewers. Contact your banks and stop them from scamming hard earned monies out of people.

I couldn’t be more upset I ordered am two wigs a week ago and I still haven’t received any shipping information or any form or correspondence. They charged my card $370 and I can’t even get I touch with them. I call the number no answer or voicemail I email and get no response it’s been a week of This!!!! I’m extremely anxious and worried that I got scammed out of close to $400 I don’t know what to do BUT PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!! Don’t trust the YouTubers!!!!!

This place has the worst customer service. I was promised that they would redeem my buy 1 get 1 free coupon after I placed an order ( The website "glitched" when generating my code) and they did not. Have been emailing back-and-forth with them for weeks. Worse than that... the hair on their wigs is sparce/thin. The lace is at least comfortable. No one on their customer service team seems to understand English as I couldn't get a straight answer. I would give 0 stars if I could

I ordered a wig from chinalacewigs.com on Feburary 15, 2020 and I still have not recieved the order. I got an e-mail stating that my city does not match the zip code. I have received mail at this address for years. There was no problem with recieving my money. I keep getting the same response from them. I was SCAMMED out of $110 and I am so very disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
