I was in contact with three employees: Emma, Vicky, and Mancy.
Emma only replied very briefly, often in single words. Vicky was quite unfriendly and seemed eager to end the conversation quickly. Mancy was by far the nicest and most helpful, and I communicated with her the most.
Unfortunately, individual customers are now required to order a minimum of three wigs at once. This feels excessive and risky, especially for first-time customers who are not yet familiar with the brand or product quality. I tried to negotiate, as single wigs were still sold until recently, but this is no longer an option.
Additionally, the prices have increased significantly compared to what customers paid one or two years ago. I cannot tell whether I was quoted higher prices specifically.
Overall, the communication felt unprofessional, which ultimately led me to decide against placing an order.
