Very good comunication, quickly answer. I guess it's very dificult to get soft sleeper in the train Liuyuan- Turpan and Turpan- Kashgar, because this trains begin in a distant train station. The hard sleeper was an acceptable solution. Good system to book trains in China

I used China Highlights when I realised that most train ticket booking open up 45 days in advance of the actual ticket sales being available. China is a large country with large number of population; and they love to go on holidays . China Highlights were reliable, edficient and responsive. Reliables train booking service.

I used China Highlights’ excellent iPhone app to book 8 separate high-speed train journeys for a recent trip to China. The interface is straightforward to use, and the customer service support is top notch.

When first booking the seats I had requested they found that one of our passports wouldn’t Register with China railways correctly, they let us know promptly and we were able to fix it within an hour or two. On another occasion the train I wanted was full and the instructions I had left for what to do in this circumstance were confusing (entirely my fault), they used their initiative to get seats on a similar service but also checked whether I was happy to accept them or if I wanted something else. Finally, I also use them to obtain tickets for the Forbidden City, and this worked flawlessly.

The per ticket service fee for booking trains can feel a little bit steep at times, however given the quality of the service provided I really don’t begrudge it and would encourage others to use the same service rather than faffing around trying to use the   China Railways website and app, which are really not set up for foreigners.

trustworthy site to get train tickets booked when i couldn't use the local Chinese official website to book tickets myself. Chinahighlights.com were professional and responded to my queries quickly enough (as long as your email reached them during regular business hours m-f).
Will def use them again whenever i need to travel on chinese railways.
