Very reliable service from Christina who handled all my bookings especially the high speed train tickets for my family of 5 ensuring all able to sit together and booking of popular museum tickets. I had peace of mind knowing she will do her best.

I travelled to China in October 2025 and planned a self-guided circular tour by train visiting Shanghai, Hong Kong, Chonqqing, Xian, Beijing and returning to Shanghai. As the official National Chinese Railways website only opens bookings 15 days before travel, I needed to ensure that my plans ran smoothly, so booked with this company because of the highly positive feedback. I can now add to this, and can say that all my rail travel went exactly according to plan. Obviously, because the company is based in China, there is an 8 hour time difference, but replies to any queries always came within 24 hours. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.
Separately, I will be leaving feedback about my Xian guided tour where my guide, Carol, was extremely knowledgeable , organised and friendly.

Very efficient and simple process. Good communication from Travel China Guide including resolution of an issue when China Railways cancelled one train a couple of weeks before we were due to travel. I particularly like the system of using your passport as your ticket, avoiding the need to print tickets or find confirmation on phone which can be difficult due to restrictions on accessing emails in China.

It’s so easy and a no nonsense booking you’ll think you’re getting tricked… but they come through! Painlessly booked a ticket and had a great time in China with these guys; great way to access the rail networks and guarantee your trip timing without having to wait in line or miss something because it fills up fast.
