The water actually does stay cold! For ages!
And I love the pattern on my bottle, people often remark on it and ask where I got it.

Love my bottle …

Love my bottle was left outside where my dog managed to get through the packaging an destroy the lid where thankfully I could replace.an now it looks lovely an dos exactly as described an looks great. Thankyou chillys..

My daughters loved the cup and bottle

My daughters loved the cup with the metal straw
The hot drink keeps hot - just use the lid
Straw for cold drinks - one of my daughters uses it on ward round perfect as no spillage

The bottle with the additional purchase of the sports cap is such a good purchase and versatile

The colour has already started to chip after a few months

I'm so disappointed in my experience with Chilly's. I initially bought the Series 2 water bottle back in August 2025 as a first time ever Chilly's customer, so yes I was excited! I wrote a review on here, talking about how the shipping experience wasn't that great and of course I got a response from a bot (or a real colleague, who knows) saying they'll be in touch to discuss, but no one ever got in touch. I believe they write that under every not so positive review, just so it seems like they're trying to do something about it, though no one from the Chilly's team does reach out. This time I'm back to write another disappointing review about the sane bottle I purchased back in August. Within a few months of owning my Chilly's bottle, the colour has already started to chip around the mouth. Bare in mind, I use this as my travel bottle - not everyday bottle, so I get it out once a month, if that. I got it out to use the other day after I hadn't used it for about 2 months and the chipping is even worse. I wish I could attach photos on here to show how the metal is showing underneath the chipped colour. If the Chilly's team actually want to reach out to me this time, please contact me on my email in your customer database as I ordered directly from the Chilly's website. Otherwise please don't bother writing that you're going to reach out. It's annoying

Chilly's Sports Style Bottles

The two bottles I purchased arrived very promptly and were cleverly wrapped and packaged so they weren't damaged. The colours I ordered (one black, one pink) were just as they were depicted on the website. The lids and spouts on the bottles are just as I'd hoped and easy for children to secure.

I don’t recommend

The bottle is very heavy and look like more for hiking than for daily use at the office
Also the surface is rough as well that is not visible or indicated in the product criterias
I am disappointed since I have bought 2, one for me and one for my husband
I will not recommend

Mixed feelings

Prompt acknowledgment and delivery of the item. Very pleased with the appearance of the bottle BUT I bought this bottle to replace my previous one which seemed to be leaking and this new one seems to leak too - very disappointing. Are Chilly bottles not meant for holding liquids? So mixed opinion and may buy a different manufacturer’s in future.

Great product

The new cup design is great, love the shape, the feel and the quiet base. Bought both sizes and they arrived quickly and in perfect condition, I have been buying from Chilly for a number of years and they are a great company to deal with, everything is straightforward, and I know from a previous request to them they have a great after sales team who helped me find what I needed,
