I dealt with both Aaron and Daniel, and they were absolute gentlemen throughout. Aaron helped me via chat while I was away on holidays, and once I got back home, Daniel gave me a call and patiently guided me through the rest ( for a split second thought I'd forgotten how to make an online payment, turned out Firefox was causing the issue ) Daniel was very friendly, patient, and professional. Brilliant customer service from start to finish.

Been with Chill for a few years now, and i'm glad i made the switch - stress free car insurance renewals and they'll always do the best to find the best deal. Customer service is solid too (i recommend using the web chat rather than phone), and a particular shoutout to Daniel L, handled my renewal with ease. ran through a few options with me, got on to a few of the providers to work through an issue with a pending NCT check, and overall did everything with a (digital) smile - great customer service and an example all can learn from. Thanks again!

I have been on a chat with Daniel as I had some small issues and questions regarding my renewal. He was very very quick, professional and effective which I appreciate it so much. He went straight into fixing the issue I had and answered any questions. I normally hate those chat interactions but with Daniel I could do it any day!

Renewed my policy with Daniel today, I needed to make some changes before and Daniel was very efficient. All changed and renewed in 20 minutes online.

Customer agent was very helpful and dealt with my query in a quick and courteous manner. Only downside was the length of time waiting to speak to an agent, outside of that one issue, very pleased with the service provided.

Avoid Chill Insurance at all costs. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare.

Not only have I been routinely overcharged for my car insurance, but their back-office processes and customer support are completely dysfunctional. I have repeatedly submitted requested documents and information, only to have them ignored or lost by their system. Instead of confirming receipt, they sent a formal letter threatening to cancel my policy—for information I had already provided multiple times.

To make matters worse, trying to rectify their mistake over the phone is impossible. I was left stranded on hold for hours with nobody taking accountability or resolving the issue.

Threatening to cancel a customer's policy due to internal administrative negligence is unacceptable. A notice of cancellation on your record affects your ability to get insurance elsewhere, yet Chill seems completely indifferent to the stress and hassle they cause. Save yourself the stress, long hold times, and extra costs—go anywhere else.
