I paid my car insurance on the 20th of July. Cert was supposed to be posted and with me in 5 to 7 days. It never arrived. Rang a week ago to tell them it didn't arrive. Got an email with the cert but it has copy written on it and I still haven't received the paper copy

Avoid at all costs,absolute joke of a company
Avoid at all costs,joke of a company…..
Cancelled policy as received a company care and they continued to take the monthly payment.
Raised this with them 2 months ago and still haven’t been refunded.
Have rang 3 times in last 2 months and have spent over an hour on hold on these 3 calls.

Too many reminders
Too many reminders. Every couple of days I get a message on my media. I'm feeling persecuted! I do not want to give them the use of my money 4-6 weeks in advance.
I'd forgotten since last year when I swore that I'd never use them again. Next year I'm definitely gone!
