This is my second time purchasing clothing for my son and I love the pricing, quality and consistency of the service provided. The clothing is always packaged so nicely and the shipping is lightening fast especially for something coming from the UK to the US. I love that I can get (Nike & Jordan) clothing sets in colors exclusive to Europe and my son won’t have something everyone else has. Sent the wrong sizes and initially refused to refund items - Poor service argumentative
Brought items through Rackhams and they sent me men's sizes instead of Boys. It was a nightmare to return them. They tried to argue that XL men's meant 14-16 boys even though the label said mens. It was huge and down to my son's knees. Just a hassle, photos and several emails. No apology for sending me the wrong stuff no offer to send the correct items. Poor service - trying to get out of refund by arguing.
...As of reply. Pics were submitted as usual but despite these my claim was initially rejected with childsplay insisting that the right sizes were sent it took a further 4 emails and re uploading images to get anywhere. As if they were trying to find any reason not send return label. When it's a hassle to return items it just puts you off placing an order.
You don't even get an apology for them sending the wrong items and wasting your time. Let alone the offer of an exchange.
Customer service sure has changed.

We can see your query was raised with Rackhams and then escalated to our team so we could carefully review the sizing against The North Face's official size guide. As this was the first sizing query we'd received for this particular product, we requested a few images to ensure everything had been dispatched correctly before investigating further. A free returns label was provided, and we're pleased to confirm that your refund has now been processed.
We're also sorry to hear you were disappointed with the communication you received. Whilst we weren't directly involved in the correspondence prior to the escalation from Rackhams, we completely appreciate the feedback and are sorry your experience fell short of expectations.
