Every piece I’ve purchased has felt timeless, something I genuinely cherish and enjoy wearing again and again.
What Chicwish does especially well is curate a collection that beautifully balances romance, style, and practicality, making elevated fashion feel attainable. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to restock some of the most popular timeless dresses more frequently, as I’ve occasionally missed out on pieces I loved due to them selling out so quickly.

I had a really great experience with Chicwish! My order arrived safely and everything was packaged nicely. The quality honestly exceeded my expectations—the fabric feels good, and the pieces look just like the photos online (which is rare these days).

I was especially impressed with how flattering everything fits and how put-together the styles are. It gives that effortless, feminine vibe without looking cheap or overdone.

I bought a beautiful halter dress but sadly it did not look that good on me. I had absolutely no problem returning it only to buy an item I absolutely LOVE!!! Thank you ChicWish! I keep coming back buying more!!!!

I have purchased quite a few cardigans from Chic Wish over the years and have been happily surprised with the quality of each piece and also the likeness of each item was to the advertising photo which is extremely important.
The last cardigan I purchased was too big, so I applied for a return/refund. As the cost to return the cardigan was very expensive, Chic Wish negotiated with me to give me a 40% refund and keep for which I am very happy.
Chic Wish help center replied to my request to return/refund immediately, instead of avoiding me, as so many overseas companies do, in my experience, and were very helpful and friendly.
This gives me comfort and confidence to continue to deal with Chic Wish and I am very happy to share my experience.

The clothes seem to be good quality for their generally low cost. I needed to contact customer service about my user account info and, despite some apparent language barriers, they were helpful and kind. I also appreciate the option to keep an item that didn't quite work in exchange for a store credit. I would shop at ChicWish again and recommend it.

I recently found ChicWish just from watching Television. The website is so FUN! I enjoy viewing the "Shop The Look" because I may also be interested in the following products that match what I'm looking at. The site has an easy to read description of clothes, detail and size. I have ordered a number of dresses from chickwish and always been pleased with sizing and quality. I have just had a lovely embroidered dress delivered and it was flawed! I contact customers services and they offered me a refund and return! Which I agreed to. They the told me keep the dress as the return would be problematic. The ladies I had contact with were so helpful. Will be buying again from chicwish!

I have ordered from ChicWish in the past and always been pleased. This time, I had procrastinated ordering items that I needed for a trip. Some of my items were not going to arrive on time. Of the items that did arrive, there were a couple that did not fit. The most important item showed up on time and fit perfectly. Through the entire situation the Customer Service team was very supportive and helpful in getting returns taken care of and cancelling things that they knew would not arrive in time. They always treated me with respect and never pointed out the fact that I brought this all on myself. I really appreciated their professionalism. I have always recommended ChicWish but I wanted to praise their "going the extra mile" efforts when the going got rough.
