Love the product and am satisfied with it.

I love the outfits. Very trendy. Takes a bit to receive but good quality. I sent a return and got refund which was a pretty easy process.

Ordered a dress. It didn’t fit so started returns process. This did not work ( and I was initially not offered a viable solution) so after contacting the customer service and having an exchange, they sent me an address to return to in Guernsey. I supplied a photo of proof of purchase, and the parcel with all the postage labels. My refund arrived back on my payment card within days.

I have amended this review to reflect the change in policy, as originally it was not possible, but following our exchange, they provided a very acceptable solution. I would now happily buy from them again, knowing I could safely return and receive a refund if needed.

The clothes themselves are very good quality and very pretty. They are modern and I really like the varied choice.
They are also just a little bit different to everything else on other websites.

When dealing with customer service, I had the BEST EVER expreince - Acuki was extremely helpful and friendly, provided prompt support addressing my return. I was deeply impressed.

I get so many compliments on my dresses! They are great quality and this past order arrived quickly!

UK customers be warned! I had to send a dress back and it cost me £24 which was half the price of the dress. A very costly mistake. They said they would make a goodwill gesture and reimburse me (sounds good) when I posted a review saying this but only as a store credit. It's all too much hassle. They did offer an alternative return address in Guernsey but the dress was already on its way back to them. The Guernsey postage would still have been between £11-£14. UK customers need to be very sure when ordering as it's an expensive exercise if you want to return anything.

I'm disappointed of the quality of my chosen dress. I was expected better quality, than the dress which when i tried on, my skin became very itchy. Another story was the colour - which was completely different than in the website.

When I contacted the customer service i didn't get support from customer service agent Zoe, she was without empathy, just texting like a bot and asked me to send the dress to America with a courier by my choice and probably, just then I'll have refund...
But after this bad experience a second customer service lady (named Christal) tuck my complaint and she was amazing. She was really listening what I'm saying and trying her best to assist me and to satisfy me. I'm so, so glad that Christal sort out the problem with me. It takes a bit longer for them to respond the emails, but even with delays my emails been answered.
Christal proceed immediate refund of the product and let me keep the dress (which I'll donate somewhere, just because I can't wear it due to a kind of itching issue) .
Thank you Christal! You bring back my trust in the online shopping!

I would give this a 0 if I could! I ordered 2 sizes as American sizes are a little different from UK. I received my items 3 weeks later which I then no longer needed as I couldn’t get through to anyone about an order update. I’ve now tried to return it back it cost me £30 for international shipping and then I get an email to say I’ve got to pay for the taxes and duties which is now another £27 so I’ve paid for the whole outfit in just paying the returns! They are very unclear about returns which courier to use or any info to help you on this! If your ordering from abroad be very careful if you need to return anything!!

The dress is fit and quality as per my expectation. Customer services also very fast response and supportive. Will definitely purchase again here ❤️

Great and timely communication. Very helpful in resolution of my question. The set I ordered was too big and I couldn’t exchange it- the blouse was out of stock-so I asked for the money back-received my refund quick with no problem. Thank you.

I placed an order with Chicwish on late March , and as of today—over three weeks later—my order has still not shipped. This is well beyond the stated processing and delivery timeframe.

I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times, but the chat system only provides automated responses stating the order will ship within 3–5 days. This message has been repeated for weeks without any actual progress or clear update.

This lack of transparency and failure to fulfill orders within a reasonable timeframe is unacceptable. Customers should not have to rely on automated replies while their order remains unprocessed.

If this issue is not resolved immediately with either confirmed shipment or a full refund, I will be pursuing a dispute through my payment provider. I expect prompt action and proper communication from the company.

The customer service was great, which is very important to me. I get so many compliments on my skirt, that I bought 2 more in different colors. Everything fits true to size.

This was my first purchase from Chickwish. The clothing is very high quality. I required customer support twice and both times they responded quickly, resolving the issue. I had to do a return, which I did with no problem and with a refund. I live in the US. I’m satisfied with my transaction and will be ordering again.

I ordered a really pretty summer dress from ChicWish and it unfortunately was too small. I reached out to the company to get a larger size and it was no longer available.
ChicWish offered me a 50% instore refund in addition to a $15 credit as a goodwill gesture. Amazing! The customer service for ChicWish is very fast and they offered good solutions to my problem. I will most definitely order from them again and will recommend to others.

Thank you, Chicwish, for a very positive first order! I had ordered 3 items and received the dress within 2-3 days delivered by Amazon. Looks just as advertised and fits well. Even though it's a maxi dress, the length in XS was perfect and I will not need to alter like I do with most dresses I order since I am only 5'0". As for the jumpsuit and belt, I had to wait well over 2 weeks due to them being shipped from overseas. I didn't mind the wait because Vicky, a customer service rep, was super pleasant and responsive. I love the adorable lemon print on both my dress and jumpsuit and can't wait to wear them!

my parcel got lost and the team where so helpful!! they shipped me a new skirt that arrived within 10 days. no fuss at all.

I liked the skirts, comfortable and nice length, but returns were difficult with getting a label, etc. Store credit is really all you can get without paying for shipping.

Was not made aware that if you want to return something, you can't do this via the online portal in the UK. They did not reply via the online chat to my query. I emailed and have been informed that I must pay for postage to the states myself and will not receive full refund.

Quality high. I am a seamstress and I needed to adjust the garment for preference. When I undid the thread, I noticed they used QUALITY THREAD! The material and design of my black dress was also very high. The colors of the other dressses I ordered were not my taste, but it was exactly as advertised and I may give them a try but I loved the black one. Very flattering. Wish I could send a pix. Maybe I will come back with another revew and post pix then but wanted to just send this now.
