Defect cordless car vacuum and a slow refund

Recently, I purchased a cordless Car Vacuum High Power 13000Pa/30AW, but it started smoking and malfunctioned immediately after turning it on. I reported this serious defect and requested either a full refund or a replacement, but was only offered a partial refund with no clear explanation. I contacted customer service multiple times, with Kayee being the second representative I spoke with, and she promised the remaining refund on Nov 13, 2025, but it did not happen. After further follow-ups on 11/19 and 11/23, I still didn't receive a reply. Please refer to the email threads for Order #RUV9720. (2nd update on 11/25/2025) After two more follow-up emails, the second half of the refund was finally received. This experience was not satisfactory and I do not recommend this product.

Refund Procedure

Ordered 2 dresses size 10/12 as per size guide. They are much too big and I have tried to email as per guidelines to find out the returns address
Have emailed twice without success and after reading similar reviews about how difficult it is to receive a refund I assume I will not be able to get a refund

Will definitely not use your site again and would urge others not to do so

Since the review has been published on Trust Pilot I have received a grovelling reply to the review stating that if I email them to the address I have already sent emails to they will respond. They already have my details and I believe their attempt at an apology is not for my benefit but just so that they appear to be resolving the situation - which they are not

Have subsequently emailed as per their instructions and still no satisfactory response regarding a refund. They clearly have no intention of sorting this issue out.

Again anyone reading this I would urge you not to order from this company

I bought the tights with tummy control…

I bought the tights with tummy control and fur and I can tell you are onather level. Good quality and rezistance. I bought second time as well. They won't last if you go on the gras and you ought them up.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. Cheaply made, was not £40.00 original price. Cheap material, poor fitting, came apart 3 day. Do not recommend

Awful

Material is rubbish and sizing is completely wrong. Straps feel so flimsy like they will snap and my boobs sit lower than when in a normal bra, do not recommend

Bought via a Facebook advert, describing the product as the viral jelly bras. They are soft but not jelly bras at all. O support and tiny cups. I can’t find anyway to contact them to start a return

Waste of money

Long delivery. Got 2 x bra's that are meant to smooth, cover back fat etc. They were awful. Cheap, badly made and big lumps in the cups.

Bra - DO NOT BUY

Truly rubbish product. I bought one of the bras and it’s REALLY bad quality. The material is cheap and sweaty, the tailoring is appalling and nothing like the advert. The sizing was insanely bad. I’ve tried to return it, but obviously I can’t contact the company and I’m just going to have to suck it up. DO NOT BUY.

Feels like a scam...

Ordered 2 bras after seeing adverts on social media. Checked the photos in the advert and the measurement chart and selected the 2 sizes that would cover my usual bra size (one my proper size and the other still my size but a larger one just to make sure it would definitely cover me)
Alas, this small, bit of material does not cover even half a breast haha. 0 support either, honestly, what breast it did cover it just mushed up to a flat pancake. And the straps....on the photos it shows the thick material, but its a tiny tiny elasticated strap that is attached with a hook which comes undone, and honestly if I had tried it on for a few more minutes would have just snapped from lack of stitching.
I placed this "Bra" inside one of my usual bras for size and its laughable.
Honestly it just looks and feels like a £1 bra you get off Temu that maybe you would buy as a throw-away maybe if you was staying in hospital, and maybe if you was a petite A cup. Definitely not for anyone a C cup and above.... or anyone larger than a size 10 (UK)
