Parcel never arrived…

Never shop from this company I ordered 14 days ago evri obviously lost parcel I'm trying to get a refund but they are totally ignoring e mails and when they do reply they keep telling me to wait yet another 5 days will never shop here again and advise people to do the same

Very slow for the dress 👗 I ordered to arrive.

When it finally did last Monday, I didn't like it. Not as flattering as in the photo. I emailed them twice since asking how I can return the dress & get a refund.

NO reply!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Order paid for on my half but never received. I emailed them at least 5 times and not even 1 reply. Absolute scam company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

My wife’s loves her hoody

My wife’s loves her hoody, it’s warm well made and fits well.

Purchasing was easy and fast; it was so good I have just ordered another one!

If there is one minor issue- it’s the delivery time; apart from that great experience

Cheap copies, not as described - fake goods!

Bras sent are not those shown and advertised on their website.

They are cheap copies, not fit for purpose, complete rip off.

Complained and was offered a discount as it's expensive to return - I refused and warned I would do a chargeback. Refund in full was given.

Not happy with this company at all

Not happy with this company at all, ordered product 6 weeks before Christmas, arrived after Christmas, had to go out and buy other products to cover what I bought

I ordered some fleece type tights…

I ordered some fleece type tights leggings that look like real skin under tights.. it took weeks for them to come, when the arrived they were very small, I complained to customer services who quickly rectified the matter, sent me some in the correct size (they look great) and I gave the smaller ones to a good friend. I will be giving them another chance in the future.

I received my item (Dress) that is not suitable. I contact Chic- Lucky on 30/01/26 and despite sending chaser emails, I have had no response!!
I just want to return for a refund ASAP

Great customer service

Great customer service. The lined tights a great quality and the feet part is not lined- so no sweaty feet or shoes not fitting. The only thing to bear in mind is that the tan colour is deeper than I expected. Lovely tummy control and fit seems true to size.

Absolutely awful company

Very slow delivery of 2 dresses. When they arrived they were not suitable and really awful material. I have tried numerous times to get help to return the dresses but all I get is an email saying that they are sorry the parcel hasn't arrived!!! I have the parcel!!!! Absolutely awful.... DO NOT USE! .......and for chic lucky my order number is ORDER #ICL118420 I will be taking this further !

Items were wayyyyyyy too small. No way it measures a 38DD - more like a 30B no easy way to return. Should have checked reviews.
