The jeans that I ordered were nothing like the ones in the picture. The waist was too high, and the length was too long and they were not black. They were an off black color. I asked them for a refund and they said that they couldn’t do it. I would not recommend this product to anyone and is coming from overseas so then it took a long time to get to me in the first place, almost 2 months.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR ORDER IS MESSED UP THEY DONT HAVE A SOLUTION. Even tho they have a refund / return policy on their website

There was no place to put the coupon code. I didn’t get my discount.

Knowing what to get was easy but the ordering process was not as easy. The shipping options were standard $6.00 8-14 business days express $22.00 6-8 business days. I went with the express because I wanted it faster. Once I ordered I got the email stating preparation is 1-5 days and shipping is 7-15 days, I just feel like that should be in information under the tabs for the shipping options prior to ordering. I think adding these details will help customers a lot more when trying to decide which shipping options to go with.

Experience wasn’t bad but I think there should be a chart to help pick the size for product and number the Fajas so we can tell the difference

Overall a great experience but I am skeptical because I’ve bought things through Instagram and gotten scammed so I’m just waiting to see the products to see if I’m fully satisfied with the experience.

The sizes are not true to size. They are sized weird. I am requested a refund and the response I received is from “Echo817 “ was, “JUST GIFT TO A FRIEND OR RELATIVE AND WILL GIVE YOU 20% OFF NEXT ORDER.“ No, I want a refund because the items I ordered did not fit and I will NEVER be ordering from them again. They have poor customer service

finding the right size was weird

15 since i bought it and they are not shipping the Faja ,thay dont have the color i ordered and they don't want to give me a full refund ,i paid $92 and i haven't received the faja yet, probably i will not receive it...so frustrating.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. I purchased three items totaling $99.40. The items were not true to size and cheaply made. I requested a refund. At first, they told me to keep the items and offered me a 20% discount on another order.

I told them I wanted to send the items back and get a refund. Why would I spend more money and get the same results? Several more emails went back and forth. They finally agreed to send me the address to send the items back at my expense. Because they're located in China, it would have cost $86 to ship back. I have submitted a dispute with PayPal.

i brought a dress at ChicCurve and was delivered three months late, and it wasn't even the color I ordered. The material is so cheap that everything is see-through. It's very upsetting, and the worst part is that they've been avoiding giving me a refund.

This company sucks. I spent $70 on two bathing suits. One never came and the other was not even close to what it looked like on their website. I filed a dispute with Klarna due to the issues. I tried to get a refund and they want to charge me the fee for the dispute. Like I never even got half of my order?? Talking about it was a loss for them. Uhhh no, you got all my money. I’m the one who didn’t get my stuff. Terrible to do business with. Will never order from them again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I purchased one bathing suit and it was actually nice. So I ordered a similar one in a different color and it was absolutely horrible. The material the cut was way off. They claim that have a return policy but they do not. You cant return if you do not like their products. I have been emailing back and forth and they keep offering discounts on my future orders. Like I would ever order from this horrible site again. I get it’s from China but don’t charge Amazon prices! If I order from SHEIN or Temu I get my items are not quality, but a bathing suit for the same price as Amazon that takes all returns, nope! Do not order from here!
