I hope that when I receive my order they're as good as advertised

The ordering process was the easy part, I just hope it did not take a month or more to receive my order, and pray that when I receive it the quality and fit are not sub standard!

So far everything I’ve ordered has fit beautifully and I am 💯 satisfied customer ‼️

They are liars! On their website it states free shipping and returns up to 30 days. I ordered items and they simply did not fit. When I emailed customer service regarding my return and refund, first they tried to get me to keep the item and offered 20% off my next purchase because of shipping costs. I declined and wanted my money back. Then I get an email that says I have to pay for shipping the clothes back, which wouldn’t be a problem if they weren’t in CHINA! I went to the post office and the shipping fee is $72! Why would a website advertise free shipping and returns up to 30 days when it’s simply not true? I’m stuck with $100 worth of clothes that I genuinely don’t want, because they don’t fit. Granted the quality of clothes was great, but simply based on their lies, I will NEVER order from them again. And these are $40-$50 for 1 garment types of clothes!

Don't buy nothing from this company. I never received my package and I email the company and now they telling me they not going to refund me my money.

This company has horrible customer service and misrepresents the products that they are selling. I would avoid them at all, of course. I ordered a cute jumpsuit from them when it arrived, it was very cheaply made, and did not look like the advertisement. We’re trying to return it. They gave me all the hassle in the world. Claiming that they are based in China and it’s gonna be expensive for me to return it to them and kept offering me 25% discount on my next order for me to keep the item. I do not want the item I do not want to buy anything else from this site. I just want my money back. And they are making it very hard. Do not buy from them.

Great getting the item ordered but my address was wrong and I am hoping they can help me get the right address in .

The purchasing process was super easy ---- straight to the point --- wish the size guide had also the standard US sizes that relate to the dims like sizes 10, 12, 14 etc

Other than that it looks all good.

I wanted to cancel my order. Representative kept stalling so I wouldn't. Now they want me to pay 10% and they shipped one of the items without my consent.

I’m really happy with my experience! The faja I ordered arrived exactly as expected and the quality is amazing. Their customer service was very kind and responsive, they answered all my questions quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend them — they truly care about their customers

Worst customer service they make you pay for the shipping fee if you decide you want to return the item or for an exchange and their return address is all the way in China don't buy anything from their website

The website was super easy to use. I was able to choose what I wanted, check my measurements, and check out really quickly. I also received a timeline of how long I should expect before I receive my things.

I have had two nightmare experience with this company, I ordered from them about two months ago, going by the delivery time they have on there website, I emailed them about a 15working days after my order, and I was informed they do not have what I ordered for. So I asked for my money back and they kept giving me a run around trying to impose other products that I don’t need on me and deliberately trying to frustrate me to leave my money with them eventually I reported them to PayPal and I got my money back.

This time I saw few items that I’m sure they have and ordered for them, two of the products turned out to be a nightmare product nothing like what was advertised, I got in touch with them same day I received this for there return process as they have no return policy in there side just that customers to contact them, which is what I did, then the headaches started. They keep trying to force me to keep the products, offered me 10% on my next buy if I keep it, even suggested I give family if I can’t use it.
PayPal couldn’t help this time and it looks like they are getting away with frustrating me to give up.

The partial refund that I was offered was $26 of $107, I successfully returned there products with my money, products in there country, they have been contacted to go get there products but they are refusing to on the account that I have to pay them $24.28 for import tax or they tell the customs to return the items back to me and still holding my refunds.
This is total shitty company, with no confidence in the products as I do not understand why you are trading with no proper return policy that your clients can see when visiting your site. They made it look so simple on the site and utter nightmare when you contact them. Pleas Never buy from them

Firstly, I was referred by a friend who wears this belt and it's just incredible the beautiful shape it gives her! The quality is amazing and I really appreciate the details taken into account to meet certain needs that I don't have with the belt I have now! Like the curved shape at chest level for more comfort in this sensitive area, the triangle that goes down to cover the lower abdomen and the back shape that brings out the posterior. I was encouraged by the current promotion and the welcome discount! I can't wait to receive it, so I took the express shipping 🥳

The problem is that i have ordered a dress in the first order and then i ordered another dress but i guess you guys didnt have the color and never received my refund or dress and thats really unfortunate

Omg I love my waist trainer. I’m so excited that I brought it and now I can focus on loosing weight for my birthday. True size and it’s fit on me perfectly.

I write them one because I have to wait a whole month to get an outfit 1 outfit. I ordered this outfit in August last month. I will not receive this outfit until September 21. So if you guys plan on ever getting your clothing from them the store expect to get it in a month. I have to wait a whole month to get an outfit one outfit. I ordered this outfit in August last month. My advice to you is to order it two months ahead of time because you will not get it by the time you need it I will never order anything else from this company. I’m still waiting on my outfit and it still hasn’t even been shipped.
