We are happy to hear that your battery was serviced quickly. There is a couple different methods and protocols we recommend for a sore back. I would recommend putting the Infratonic where it hurts the most or a given area to start- beginning with the balance setting for 20 minutes, 10 minutes with acute and ending 10 minutes back on balance.

You did a great job of repairing my machine. The reason I didn’t give you five stars is because the cord didn’t fit into the machine well when I receive the machine as a new one. Charging it was always an issue. You May want to tell the customer how to get a new battery. Happy new year.

I have been using the Chi pendant for a few months. I wear it everyday and have felt more grounded and able to stay calm even through emotionally taxing life changes.
I recently went to South America and used the Chi stone during my flight. I usually feel very groggy and exhausted after long international flights. However, after using the Chi stone I was able to hit the ground running once landing. I have since been using the Chi stone during times where I feel energetically vulnerable, it has helped me feel more alert and able to navigate emotional situations.

The person I spoke with on phone correctly figured out what repair my I9 device needed, and repaired it to new working order. Very happy to have it back and use it. Turnaround time was very good. (About 2 weeks.)
