I had an ongoing problem with my telephone, I had no dialling tone, after a week, I contacted Khalida in the morning and explained my concern, I was impressed by the way she dealt with my problem, thanks to Khalida, that afternoon my phone was working again, amazing thank you so much, I was very impressed by the speed of the fix.

Bad for business!

Bad for business!

For no reason, our phones stopped working! We tried to get support, but couldn't get past AI options and chatbots. All tickets we opened for support were marked as resolved and closed without any contact. We then found our number was in fact disconnected, login credentials for the portal no longer existed, but payments were still taken from our account! Very strange way to conduct business, and very dangerous to trust this company to look after yours.

I can see that you did speak with our AI agent twice and raised two tickets. One was automatically closed as a duplicate, and the other remains open and is actively being worked on. I completely understand how, without clear communication, this would have felt like nothing was being picked up, and I apologise for that.

Our AI support is designed to be the quickest way to log and route issues to the right team, but it’s clear in this case that we didn’t give you the reassurance or visibility you should have had. I’m especially sorry for the concern caused around your services and account access while payments were still being taken.

We’ve made sure your open ticket has been given the highest priority, and a member of the team will ensure this is properly investigated and resolved, with clear updates along the way. Thank you again for raising this, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to put things right.

Thank you to Kerryann. Chess and Openreach.

When I lost both my Broadband and Telephone links on March 30th I dealt with Kerryann Farmer-Tomblin in customer services and she was extremely helpful. She checked that both of the problems were not inside the house and opened a ticket so that they could be dealt with. Thanks to her help the Openreach man came the next day, March 31st. He sorted out the problem with the line so that by late afternoon both services were working again. Many thanks.
