Don’t buy ‘titanium’ jewellery off here if you have a nickle allergy

I ordered some flat back earrings they were present for someone and they are very pleased with them. I ordered myself a ‘Titanium’ belly bar, I have a nickel allergy hence why I ordered the titanium. Within 6hours I had reacted to this and my piercing was going red and sore. I took it out and left it a few days and put it in again and the same happened. I’ve always had a bar in for the 15years I’ve had it pierced and never had an issue. I emailed cherry diva about this requesting a refund as I’m unable to wear it with photos of proof attached and I have had no response. The customer service is bad but yet they’ve sent me two emails since asking me to review the products!

Appalling customer service

This company only dispatch single earrings and not a pair so I returned them immediately for a refund. After a month of no refund I enquired and they were adamant that the parcel never arrived. Spent a few weeks going back and forth by email and sent them proof of posting. My final email from them said ‘ We are happy to defend a claim in court, as you have provided no evidence at all of you making an attempt to return this package and then provided false information to claim that you have returned the package to us.’
Not only will this company not provide a refund for selling singular earrings, but they will refer to customers as liars or fraudsters.
Steer well clear of this company. Their customer service is appalling.

All of our studs are sold individually, as denoted by the product title being noted as ‘stud’ rather than ‘studs’

You requested to return your order as you were unhappy that these cartilage studs were not provided in pairs, which was accepted.

Your return was approved and you were provided with return instructions.

You emailed us to claim you had returned the items to us and wanted the refund immediately, however we had not received any such return.

You then provided a tracking number and your exact words were “proof of delivery attached, refund immediately” - you then provided a photo of the tracking number and delivery confirmation of the order that we had shipped to you.

We queried this issue with you, requesting that you provide either a proof of postage for the return or a tracking number for the return, neither of which you could provide to us and then threatened to initiate a claim in county court if we did not make payment to you within seven days, at which point we noted that we were happy to defend this claim, as we have not received any return from you, nor have you provided any evidence that you ever returned any package to us.

I bought 3 items in a 3 for 2 promotion. All packaged really well and arrived super fast. The items are all gorgeous and great quality. I will definitely purchasing more items for both me and for gifts!

I ordered 2 helix earrings they arrived I put them in 1 week later my ear started to bleed the ball broke of and it had 6 little gems on the earring when I took it out 1 of them was missing I can't email this company because the account was set up on my old email which is on my old phone my phone is broke so I have no way to contact this company.

Cancelled item but they ignored my request and did not answer emails. They still sent item so I return it unopened. They keep saying they didn’t receive it. So refuse to give me my refund. I believe it’s a fraudulent company. Do not buy from them, and reading other reviews they also say as much.

Hello Victoria.

Thank you for your review. Your order was dispatched within 30 minutes of you placing the order, we aim to ship all orders on the same day that they are placed to ensure a quick delivery timeframe (your order was actually delivered to you within 2 days - more on that point shortly) which unfortunately meant our service team couldn’t cancel the order before it shipped on this occasion.

You contacted us to return the package and you were given full return instructions, which do advise you to use a tracked delivery method to ship returns back to us, so that you may track the progress of your package as returns for unwanted items are the customers responsibility to return to us.

You then informed us that you simply wrote “return to sender” on the package and provided no further evidence of returning anything to us. We then queried if you have any proof of postage to which you reply no.

You then claimed that you put a stamp on the package to return it, you then later claimed that your order had never even arrived at all (which was then disproved with the tracking information and clear proof of delivered provided by Royal Mail)

We are still awaiting the return of the package that you allegedly shipped back to us. We cannot issue you a refund for a return that never arrived with us and has no proof of ever being returned to us at all.

When this package does arrive with us, you will be informed via email and your return processed, this has all been informed to you repeatedly via email.
