They don’t indicate upon ordering that the item is coming from China, so it took way longer for delivery than indicated, even though they clearly state on the website that their warehouse is located in the United States. Also ordered an engraved necklace and it came without any engraving.

I don't know the exact situation with your order but, if an order uses our free shipping and there is low stock in one warehouse, it is faster for us to send the product from another warehouse directly to you, rather than ship it to the warehouse you expected then ship it again. I hope that clarifies this for you.
Long delivery and support ignores you
Ordered a bear with a necklace and paid extra for priority delivery. I'm well past the time frame stated and have contacted them to notify them. They replied to my first email but when I made them aware it was for my wife's birthday and the fact I paid for priority delivery and was well over that they have completely ignored me. I am still waiting for my item too. Very poor service.

I ordered a anniversary gift for my wife on 9th September, it still hasn't arrived. The box is nice, the rose is small, and the necklace I would not give to a 6 year old. Over priced and a total waste of money! Don't do it! Think with your head not your heart. Shipping was slow, I wish they would have lost it!

Hi Aleksandra, we had an issue with 5 engraving orders that caused the engraving request to disappear which had us send out a necklace/bracelet with no engraving. The issue was fixed within an hour and we attempted to reach out to all affected customers, via phone and e-mail. We never received a response from you and you did not have a phone number attached to the order. Please reach out to our support and we'll get you a refund and a replacement sent at no charge due to this issue.

So my next step is to report to fraud department on my credit card. I will never buy again from this company. If I could go 0 stars I would very disappointed would not recommend to any consumer!
