Great service for last 6 years!
In the last 6 years, every time I connected with the support team via chat, I got passed on to a person within less than 1 minute. All support staff are always very cordial, efficient and competent.
They always helped me solved my problem. They are really focused to please their customers.
I basically have nothing to complain about. I will not look elsewhere as long as they keep such great quality of service!

Outstanding support – fast, professional, and helpful
I had a problem with Chemicloud about four days ago and accidentally broke something on my side. I contacted support and was honestly impressed: they responded within one minute and then spent around 30 minutes actively working on the issue until everything was fixed.
The support was extremely professional, friendly, and efficient. You can really tell that they care about their customers and know what they’re doing.

I am writing this review after my hosting provider faced an extremely serious incident: my reseller server was suspended, and upon reactivation, a significant number of client accounts were missing due to an apparent system error during the process.
