The products are received in excellent condition, very well packaged and generally next day delivery - absolutely brilliant!

When I started my journey with Environ skincare (20+ years ago) I did my research on where to buy the products. What was also important to me was the advice, information and the customer service that went with this premium skincare range and I chose Chelleon, and I'm still with them today. I purchased a Jane Iredale primer and strangely the bottle was half full. I contacted the costumer service and I requested a return which they refused initially. I sent pics and they accepted the return. I sent back and for my surprise when they received the parcel they replied with an outrageous email saying that the product I sent back was not the one they sell and accusing me of fraud 😅. They refunded me but it was a pretty awful experience and I would advise everyone not to buy in their website . I don’t know if they sell counterfeit products or used products but either way I would never buy anything from this site. According to them there is difference of the batches and I have no idea what does that mean. I returned exactly the same item i received and I would have no reason for faking this. It doesn’t make any sense. That’s all. I returned what i received. Period. After all this distress they issued me a refund . I would still never buy in this site again and that’s my last word 👍

0 comms, sending items out late, doesnt respond to customer enquires. Only decides to bother when its too late and you've contacted your bank. Worst company I've had to deal with so far in the skincare space!
